World news is still coasting along, so back to the British Intelligence operation for 'Mind Control' which began around 1960.

The real issue is that this is a talented musician and could be the real Paul McCartney, yet it is not at all implausible that there was a car accident and a person died. It happens. But not usually to a massively famous young man, with millions of female fans literally in love with him, and at the height of his career.
It is that he was successfully replaced and everyone believed it was still him that is the problem.
Yet someone, or even the other Beatles have tried, and someone is still trying to get this information known. This is what Mind Control does, it decieves and makes it that you cannot see what has happened. Such as what they planned for humanity.
This interview is with ITV (British TV) Tuesday Dec. 20th /1966.
It is 3 months after Paul died and this is now 'Faul'. The news is that The Beatles might be splitting up or going their own ways. It seems like a prepared interview, they are expecting it, and you can see how they each do this.
Incidentally, an article was published just weeks after this interview saying that Paul had died, and it had first been mentioned in the autumn of 1966, and obviously a lot of people knew about it. After that, nothing more was said, and nothing mentioned until a song by Terry Knight is released in Spring 1969 after he had been to Apple Corps about a contract. He returned with a song that seems to say they had been trying to tell the world this is not the same Paul, but the world keeps missing it.

I have always had an interest in things like the code breaking of the German's Enigma Code
during WW2 which took place as a secret operation at Bletchley Park - which happened to be near the place where my family lived. It was still under the 'Official Secrets Act' until about the 1990's. In an interview "Paul McCartney" says that his uncle used to create the crosswords for major newspapers. In WW2 'Military Intelligence' then known as the SIS (Secret Intelligence Service) needed everyone who could break codes and/or write code. If William's uncle could write crosswords (and be employed by top newspapers after the war) then he undoubtedly would have worked in that capacity during the war. William was already connected to the MI-5 and MI-6 intelligence world.
Below is the intro to a strange autobiography 'Memoirs of Billy Shears' first released 9/9/09 which is a first person account of how Billy replaced the member of a fantastically famous Liverpool band when one of the members was killed in 1966. He is the Billy Shears introduced by Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band, on that album. Billy Shears means 'Billy's here'.
For the book of the 'Memoirs' below, this was written as a book as a first person narrative. This book was published first in 2009 and to this day it is still speculation about the real, original Paul. But someone is going to a great deal of effort to make this known - there is a free download audio book of this which I am soon going to get - and it isn't 'Billy' who is trying to make this known.

Back in the '70's America's Kissenger secretly visited a very closed and secret Communist China and made a deal with Chairman Mao. Those who control Israel have a plan to create 'Greater Israel'.

HIGHER SELF Project.
It is very possible the time of an actual division between 'Realities' has occured. One reality is about the ability to recognize that certain 'higher standards' like your own integrity for example, really matter. Wouldn't you expect or want the same integrity from others? But if they do not actually know what personal integrity is, then that is how they will behave or live their lives, and even if they intended for something to be wonderful, and 'have integrity', it is quite easy for them to behave otherwise.
The entire western world, or world, has been 'trained' to see reality the way it has been deliberately presented to them, and though we all can make, and do make this mistake of accepting it, it is the ability to question this and choose a life of higher integrity and kindness and consideration for other which really matters. Most people do not question what they have been programmed into. The world has been trained into the Luciferian belief system, and it seems to make sense. Of course they never told you it was called that, but if you read their ancient 'religious' books you will find it is. This is what the 'world view' has been about. If there is not something within you that makes you question some of this stuff, then such a person does not have the awareness to really think for his/herself and that is why the Mind Control works on them!
(This is just to write something. ) This experience with and about the Higher Self person, still remains one of the most enigmatic experiences ever. I was shown the True Self from a Higher Level, and from the actual person. Maybe 'Higher Up' has more to show.
I think that the 'Higher Self' person is someone whose soul originates in what is called True Source - the Higher Realm world, whereas some 95% of people on this planet originate from a much lower level planet that that civilization blew up, and part of it ended up here. Oh, so many mysteries yet to explain!
Quite possibly a divide between realities has now happened, although this will not show for a long while. Best to just understand that there are people who think about what their life is and what they want from it, and others who seem to just exist from a playbook. There was information that the change called 'Dividing of the Ways' happened on Nov. 8th and 9th. Choose all that is good and positive!
For the HS person, that 'dark force' has been dealt with. The HS person is already part of the GOOD path. Even with the (unexpected) recent energies from 'Higher Up' they showed again that everything is very positive. It is the time when basically two paths or timelines overlap. The actual change is not necessarily going to be noticeable, but it will make a difference over time depending on which path was chosen, when the two realities will separate.
Either Saturday night or Sunday morning depending on where one is situated, but the energies (just any energies, not the HS person or anything to do with that) have seemed to be all off and out of balance. Don't know if it is from the disturbing information about Paul McCartney, or if it is something else.
I have mentioned the 'holding the Light' while something from 'Higher Up' was done with the 'dark force'. But also there is 'sending the Light' which I do at times and just want to mention that there is a response to that. The 'Higher Self' person has tremendous support continuing from 'Higher Up' because there is a response, and I think that is rather amazing. .

Realistically, there probably is not going to be much in the way of the amazing 'communication' that happened.
But interestingly, there are actually some things.
I have never stayed in a hostel situation such as I did in Puerto Vallarta for such a length of time before. Usually I would travel somewhere every two or three months, but as I had a home in SE Asia, I would return to that. I don't have that now.. But I always had some variety in what I was doing. So, this trip to KL is my 'usual break' but from Mexico this time.
I think 'Higher Up' allowed me to have a break!
Any Higher Self stuff to report? Actually yes!
I don't know what time that hurricane took place in Puerto Vallarta, but during my night here in Malaysia, there was a strong presence of the Higher Self person, for an ongoing time.
I will see all this through in Malaysia. Well I am here so there is not much choice about it!
It is necessary to write notes on the project as much as possible now,
in case they are forgotten. The main thing I was trying to work out what those strong energies from August 16th were about - which is just after I had decided not to book the flight for August.
This now is so I don't forget anything.
I will write about the Higher Self when I can.
This was a significant connection, not a minor thing or I would not have written about it. Higher Self is soul level!
Sometimes the person would speak, literally, telepathically and part of what was said was
"I Can't".
I will tell you what the first part of that was later.
But I also know exactly how that feels.
The Higher Self person should remember what the person was feeling on
August 16th and for a few days.
The dates may be 'who knows' but it was only a few weeks ago the person definitely was feeling something strongly. That is what matters.
It was significant but I just could not work out what those energies meant. I thought the HS person wanted me to go. I especially thought that when I paid to stay for September, perhaps the same response as the person had on August 15th with those energies which lasted for days.
This was the time when the dog decided to pee in the girls dorm and the person cleared it up - but those energies were still there, several days later. When I paid for September I interpreted in exacly the same way, I was absolutey certain the person wanted me to go, the same kind of response in fact, like the other side of a coin. but it was completely wrong!
I try to report what was conveyed via this unusual experience, but maybe it was annoying - although the person does not read this stuff. Even so, the delay with booking a fight was so small it was insignificant. It could not have been that. Also I always have to keep in mind how careful I have to be with this. Say the 'wrong' thing, or anything about the reality of what the Higher Self has communicated and its the robot attack. So if the person was in a more True to Self phase, it is still pretty easy for me to do the wrong thing!
It was the time when I was going to book the flight for the end of August but then changed my mind to do something I can only get done in PV. The next day I did that thing, and I do remember returning to the accommodation and passing the HS person - but of course as I have said, I have to stay out of the way for about 6 days for it to heal. So I definitely did not want to be seen. For that reason I kind of walked out of the way deliberately to avoid any eye contact.
But I didn't mean anything negative at all! I have always said I have to be 'out of action' once I do the thing. Then after that there were very specific energies for a few days, and I now feel I may have unintentionally offended or upset the person by doing that. That is not what I meant at all. There is more to write on this because of the entire theme of the message from 'Higher Up - which has been kind of unbelievable because it was so consistent and so determined in making the True Inner Self of the HS person known. That means, not hidden, because the person does hide that True Self. So I certainly could have offended by deliberately avoiding the person, because it is in line with what was communicated about the True Inner Self. But I do have to be unseen! The 'thing' I can do in PV is very well worth my while to do, but I have to wait 3 months before I can do more. I don't know if they have it here.
I have 90 days in Malaysia and there are a number of things I want to do, and can only do here because I can't do them in PV. One thing accompanies and precedes the thing I can only do in PV. 90 days here would be right on top of Christmas. Since I had to book a flight to show I had an onward ticket, I can go to Singapore on Nov. 30th for a couple of days, then return for another 90 days. I always have to leave the country after 90 days. Somewhere within that time I will be looking to do the follow on appointments for the thing I was doing in PV.

fairly soon.
This was a magnificent and amazing thing to happen, very unusual,
giving a clear unfolding picture which 'Higher Up' was absolutely helping the person with.
The person at a higher level, an inner level, overrode what the outer self behaved like. It absolutely wanted to make its True Self known about this.
I am not someone who is 'psychic'. This was something very unusual and the ore I am away on my 'holiday' in KL, the more I value what this has been.
The INNER SELF did not want to lock itself into what its 'outer self' habitually does.
The person likes its misery (or its control 'dark force' likes to have this hold) but could find a way to get free of its 'Dark Force' prison. Especially as 'Higher Up' has said, literally said it was safe and okay. It made a point of that (I of course didn't know the reason, but still wrote it.)
The Higher Self did want me to know all of what was communicated. That was the whole point. The 'outer self' is blocking the True Self. Besides, the HS person does know me at that Higher Self level, and the person knew that right from the beginning.
That 'Higher Self' of the person was saying, "I am doing this but it is going against my Real Self because it is an habitual behaviour that is not how the Real Self wants it to be. It is to disguise it, and pretend something else." It was saying it wanted to do something else but has a fear of that. That is the 'Dark Force' - and it causes misery.
My current trip to Malaysia does not alter what 'Higher Up' is doing.
HIGHER SELF PROJECT
I believe everything that the HS wanted to communicate has been covered. But you know that right now at the moment, the person is not yet 'awake'.
Maybe it is not apparent how difficult it was to cover something that was a strong connection with a person's Higher Self, yet nothing of the kind with the 'outer self'.
I wanted to respect the gentle and very tentative trust that was there with the Higher Self which began the contact.
Yet I had to be very careful and wary of the 'Lower Self' - which is the part with the 'Dark Force'.
The 'Lower Self' has been the dominant personality throughout, but the Higher Self has actually broken through that, and been there a few times. It has been like Light and Dark and I would never know if I could write and reach the Higher Self when it was actually showing within the person.
Even if I did, the 'lower self' would soon step in and I had to switch everything for the 'Lower Self' person. The 'Dark Force' can and did learn to block the person's Higher Self communicating. It was alerted. But I know some of it did get to the Higher/True Self person.
When something as huge as this repeatedly happened, it can only be 'real'. Yet it is strange to have this thing on the Inner Self level, but there is no connection at all with the 'outer self' person.
There is always the 'Dark Force' to make me go, it has always been there. There is something that is clearly antagonistic.
The SOUND aspect began on Sept. 27th just to help clear 'darkness' but discussing the Higher Self contact began properly in late November.
Shortly after the Hiher Self Level connection of Sept.25th/26th when the Dark Force stepped in, that 'Dark Force' began to show itself in how this person was. or how how the 'Dark Force' was in the person. It was all in line with the 'review' I acquired that is mentioned and added just below the links to an earlier page and the 'Opium Effect'. .
I have only been in Mexico and here because of the world situation, and it was very hard because almost everyone is unaware of the world situation, so does not understand the danger we were in.. I am grateful that I was able to stay here. The hostels here are way overpriced for what they are and what PV is, but this hostel price is fair.
But there has always, always been the 'Dark Force' wanting me to leave
including from the 'outer self' of the HS person - to stop the Higher Self getting through. I know it has always been there in the 'lower self' version of the Higher Self person whose Higher Self is invisible to the person. As for being here, it is the world situation! I have never said I wanted to be, or liked being, in PV.
I would normally look to stay at a place where the people, regardless of age, were really interesting, with interesting, successful careers and stylish good taste and personal presentation, who enjoyed life, and good quality for anything they did, like for coffee, or dining, as well as entertainment and possibly one or two sightseeing tours. We may have to stay at a hostel, but that only has to serve the purpose of where to sleep! We have boyfriends, hobbies, interests, maybe even going to Hare Krishna temples, or a peaceful Buddhist monastery, but we are definitely living our lives.
Maybe I have difficulty getting the right words to describe this, and I apologize if I cannot get this across,
but somehow there seems to be a very rigid and programmed way of seeing things in this western psyche. It is that foreign hostel goers are either young 20's - 30's (but nothing original or remarkable even though at the younger end of that spectrum you think you are!) Or older than that who are trying to fill in their lives by moving around and staying in hostels! The purpose is mostly meeting and talking to other people who are only doing that too. Which is doing nothing really, is it! I have had to spend a lot of time living here because I had no way to safely get to another country. Even now I don't know that I can be anywhere longer than 3 months at a time although my aim is to get a year permit to be in Malaysia. So it is still iffy, but heaps better than having anyone assume I would be living here! Imagine having a thinking process that even assumes things like that.
The HS person has said that nothing is actually read by the person. So this is how I keep a record or the dates and 'feel' descriptions would and do, get lost.

I mentioned the strong energy from the HIGHER SELF person after August 15th
when I chose to do the thing I can only do here in PV instead of booking the flight for Aug. 28th. In fact I would not have succeeded with that booking anyway, because nothing was going through.
I could not work out the meaning of the energies of the HIGHER SELF person which continued over the few days following that,
because they were strong energies. That is significant because obviously something triggered that. My interpretation was - rightly or wrongly - that the person was annoyed that I had not booked the flight to go. But I don't think that could possibly have mattered enough to warrant the maybe 3 days of those particular energies. It only meant a short delay anyway. Nothing significant at all. I don't know what that energy thing was about, except that it seemed to be after that, that it was okay to leave.
It looks like it won't be long before the war situation against Russia escalates, and a lot of other things should be in play, all of which are a pathway for an Awakening. The HS person does have to 'wake up'.
This was something extraordinary.
It has been a person's True Inner Self communicating AND had direct assistance and information from the greater reality beyond this reality. It has been a phenomenal thing, that could change the person's life around - that was a guarantee implicit from what I call 'Higher Up' but it means 'God Source'. I have been honouring the wishes of that Inner Self but that Inner Self is at odds with the 'outer self'! Sorry.
But I am not 'sorry' I have written as best I could, what the Higher Level was communicating. I am sorry if it caused any upset though. It is also very easy for wording to read in a way not intended.
***The 'speaking' to this person has been a weird thing. Firstly, I could have provided some of the information that was shown, it is not so easy to provide that on a public website page.
Secondly, with the 'Higher Up' energy I believe there was going to be some help made available which would have cleared this for this person.
Right from the beginning I was set up by bad gossip. It was Bobbie, who also came back in August 2022 and at that time was again into bad gossip, and did a lot of damage I think. This was definitely 'darkness' which exploits those it can use. There were very strong elements in play to prevent this magnificent incoming energy for the Higher Self person to make it possible to remove the 'Dark Force'. I know what Bobbie's topic was because he was saying it to me, and later the HS person said to me when I had been off somewhere else for a week or two, "I thought you might have been with some kind of boyfriend'. It was the 'some kind of' that was the issue. "Some kind of" indeed!! It wasn't any kind of actually, it was just one of the times that were so difficult to go through with this in all other ways amazing Higher Self thing. These were all 'Dark Force' energy blocks. .

Joe's impeachment will begin and the truth of the documents on his son's laptop
and Joe's thousands of emails with various pseudonyms will surface. He will go, but Kamala the VP cannot become President (and she was chosen because of that). There are reasons why it cannot go to Kevin McCarthy so some stuff can be expected there. Also Obama being gay is out now which introduces his 'wife' Michael (so who are those two girls being represented as their daughters?) but also leads to the mysterious death of their chef who was about to release a 'tell all' book, and also the death of Joan Rivers. Conflict situations which could escalate rapidly are possible with Africa, China and Taiwan, Ukraine, and Syria. They say the Stock Market won't crash but there is going to be 'stuff' and then the few days when no-one knows what is happening. As mentioned, the BRICS is already introducing the new system and is another name for it. The BRIC (before Sth Africa joined making it BRICS) began in 2009. You can also see that people like Cathy O'Brien (video below) were testifying under oath and revealing some very interesting information - back in the 1990's. Obviously there are military sources who have been providing information publically and they have said SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER. We have all learned not to just accept dates given out, but things across the board do seem to be lining up for what I described as 'Showtime'.

So I am not wrong in how I see how foreigners are viewed here!
My main aim with describing how I find PV is because I am trying to convey something, and maybe I have not yet found an effective way to do that.
Puerto Vallarta is an intentionally created mostly tourist rip off, targeting a type of tourist. I would say with certainty that not many people from the wealthy Asian, SE Asian countries would want to come here, or if they did come here, they would leave in a hurry. They are not snobs (not like 'Crazy Rich Asians' for example, which is a parody, I think) but PV is just not up to standard. Its okay as far as being for the people who are attracted to come here though.
I would not consider PV as being a wealthy area despite the expensive developments up in the hills and the marina. The people buying these have not done enough homework. There is no higher standard of services here to make life 'wealthy'. It does not exist.
Besides, being 'weathy' does not make anyone a higher level. There is cheap wealth and dignified wealth. Those who are 'cheap wealth' you absolutely keep away from. I reckon a lot of those who buy the condos here fit that description.
It is a strange experience being in this accommodation and seeing an entire year's worth of guests, mostly the females from North America, the UK and Europe who all look like, sound like, and mostly behave like the same person.
For me, I am not a backpacker traveler and I am not one of the older ones who seem to spend a lot of time living in hostels then moving on, or are 'snowbirds'. I haven't seen any of this before, and none of these things is what I would want to do, so I don't identify with any of it. The nightclub entertainment is the type for kids, and the older ones seem to be in hostels in order to fill in their lives, at least seeming to be doing something. I know some of them wanted to go out to meet a 'rich guy' (that's what one said) but honestly to successfully do that, you can't do it with people who look kind of 'not stylish' or like they are staying in a hostel. You have to be careful who you are seen with or you will be identified as being like the people you are seen with. Its a fatal turn off.
It's a bit like the line in the comedy show 'Absolutelty Fabulous' in the 90's I think, but the daughter Saffy is pregnant and didn't want to say so. Her mum, involved in a Vogue type of magazine, and a ditzy world of eccentric fashion, then says in horror, "you should have said that darling, or people will think you are fat.".
The kids stuff, the tacky clubs for booze and dancing etc, is great for when you are a kid, but for it to continue into decades is not very productive. There are better clubs to move on to, where you meet far more interesting people. Kids have not done anything, only all the same things. They still have to learn about reality. Being young does not mean being like kids are. Being young means knowing you are not a kid!
I absolutely use these places while finding a real place to live. They have been fun. And not at all saying I spend a lot of money to do any of what I do. Although I absolutely like going out dancing etc, I also like my dance classes at the gym, and going to really nice places for coffee, taking advantage of the live theatres, shows, plays, and on occasion the opera. Honestly, experiences like 'Afternoon Tea' at the Ritz Carlton is extremely pleasant to do. PV does not have 'Afternoon Tea' which is a shame. That type of thing belongs to a different type of demographic but includes teens and twenties just the same, they are just more worldly. Even the marina here is not elegant. I have also tried a couple of Italian restaurants here, presenting themselves as 'more classy' and they have not seemed to present real Italian food, and some of it was like cardboard. So it is a learning experience to see, but not to do.
But I did have the experience in my KL 'penthouse pod' before I got my apartment, of a Moslem staying there who would be up at 5 or 6 every morning to do about an hour's worth of prayers loudly. Be glad that doesn't happen here! (He was asked to do it quietly as there were about 20 other pods - capsule beds - where he was doing it, and it woke up everyone.)

It's true. I watched the Biden inauguration ceremony Live. When Biden and Harris + spouses had their photos taken on the steps it was completely empty. When I checked the youtube later, there were soldiers added and many people. Biden walking amongst crowds etc to the inauguration place, but when it happened, as watched Live, there was nothing. When his motorcade drove away, there were soldiers and marines etc who turned their backs as the cars drove past, a few units remained facing. What this is, is going to be a shock to most people in the world... More on news page.
I was poisoned, and although it is difficult to describe what that was and why, it has caused some skin damage - as if I had been a heavy smoker (I was never a heavy smoker, I am and always have been a health nut). As a 'health nut' full of antioxidants, my skin was fine in 2019/20 even 2021 but once I started clearing out the poison (a liquid mercury and metal alloy mixture inserted directly into my gum and blood stream) then the poison did its thing. This damage is possible to fix with some things only available in PV, which is a tremendously useful and good thing for me. The downside is actually having to be here in this beyond awful 'tourist' city. But there is part of what I need to do only available in Kuala Lumpur (not available in PV) but the rest of it only available in PV! Does that mean go to KL, then back here? What a thought. This is a project that will probably also get reported on, as well as music and current world events. I already have a report page up on here but nothing significant to report as of yet. Mercury Poisoning Neverthless, being in PV is a significant downside.

As for being in Mexico, in Puerto Vallarta which is quite 'Americanized', and. I am sure Mexico would agree that Americans are here to be ripped off! A dentist in Caracol Plaza wanted to charge me 1700 pesos for a filling - clearly his other dental practice is in Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, or just a really fantastic Mexican dentist. To buy property as a foreigner in most countries always has to have a native partner owning it. Its what they do in Asia.

I am sorry I expressed my views on Puerto Vallarta. It is still how I see it though. It is not a beautiful place! But sorry. The energetic history of the central region of this continent has been and still "celebrates" the 'dead'. But it is clear that people are not aware of what that ancient culture was. For an unknown timespan of ritual murders and sacrifices as the religion, which is the same as the ongoing rituals of satanism as practised by those who are / were the 'dark side' of the current battle.

The SOUND project began as a project for high frequency music to help clear a 'dark force' I had noticed particularly on Sept. 26th and in mid May. It was about music, not about recording this information. That began to take off after another energy hit to the planet in the last week of November, when the person was 'going against the Higher Self'. At least, that is what the person's own energy was saying! (The book on the 'Darkness' and HS [Higher Self] story began before that in October, but it took off properly from the end of November.).

Health & Skin Damage from Mercury Poisoning - amalgam insterted into my gum. This did a great deal of damage which could and would have eventually been fatal. Fortunately I did find an answer with a banned susbstance and it took 5 years of getting this poison out of my system, spread throughout my body but able to be accessed via the skin. For the first 2 years I looked like a diseased creature! The poison also created some actual skin damage, as this poison was inserted right into my gum, which also jammed up the electrical pathways. If I can correct this skin damage it will be reported here.
