Trump says US looking for ‘leaker’ who told media about second pilot
'Trump says US authorities are trying to identify the person who “leaked” information that a second airman was stranded in Iran after the first one was rescued. He says Iran was not aware of the status of the second pilot prior to the report, which made the US rescue operation “much more difficult”.
Trump said US authorities would demand the media company that published the report to provide the identity of the leaker or face prosecution. “We’re looking very hard to find that leaker,” said Trump. “We think we’ll be able to find it out because we’re going to go to the media company that released it and we’re going to say: ‘National security – give it up or go to jail’.”'

Iran says US plane downed in Isfahan was a C-130
Claims of shooting down a US plane deployed in the mission to locate the missing US airman. The Fars news agency is now reporting that the plane was destroyed by a police commando unit called the Faraj Rangers and that it was a C-130 class aircraft.
That could indicate the incident is the same one reported by US outlets including The New York Times, in which US forces reportedly destroyed either one or two transport planes that became stuck in sand at a remote base in Iran during the operation.
Pictures purporting to show that incident, posted on X before the Times's reporting emerged, feature what appears to be at least one C-130 Hercules in flames on a remote airfield. It appears that 2 refuelling planes were destroyed.
Although there are reports that the US rescued both pilots, there are also reports that the rescue mission failed, and the IRGC captured the second crew person.

Iran has rejected a US proposal for a 48-hour ceasefire, Iran’s semi-official Fars news agency is reporting. Citing a source, the report said the proposal was made on Wednesday through another country that has not been named.

Iran says it shot down a US A-10 aircraft near the Strait of Hormuz, Tasnim news agency is reporting. Citing the army public relations team, the report said the aircraft was targeted in waters south of and around the strategic waterway.
The A-10 is a US ground-attack aircraft designed for close air support missions, particularly against armoured vehicles and ground forces. This come after US media reports said a second US Air Force combat plane had crashed in the Gulf region on Friday.

This dictatorial control may be why the European countries were trying to move away from that and create a 'clean green economy' that did not rely on oil, and more importantly was not stuck under the 'world dictator'. Most presidents have hidden any 'world dictator" status, but Trump is right out there in the open showing exactly what it is. Naturally other countries were not happy with this arrangement.
