A short page on the 'Therapeutae' health lifestyle topic.

The Therapeutae

'Health, Wellness, Youthfullness - Accessing 'the Living Source'.

* A healthy, well balanced Plant based Diet.

* Exercise, the gym is fine, but a Tai Chi form is fine too. The key is to do it.

We don't recommend 'aerobic style' classes. Training with weights is very beneficial.

* Unravelling the reversed rotation of the Living Light Life Streams of the 'Eternal Life Blueprint'.

*This topic is covered in the sections which cover the creation of this reality. However, it relates very much to causing 'aging and dying'.

On the spiritual side, it is important that the 'Higher World' dominates.

There are very clear markers which identify a 'lower realm' person, just as there are clear markers that identify a 'Higher Realm' person. The difference is important.

If the 'lower world' was to dominate, then civilization would come to a dead end. As far as models go, which is why we had this comment, those who run the world behind the scenes have deliberately made everything run of the mill and ordinary. Everyone has to compete with more cosmetic 'work' done because of some faked standard through filters, and then we have ordinary looking people as the 'role models'.

There is no point in having 'models' who are supposed to represent 'the ideal', if they are ordinary and the same as ordinary girls. For example, perhaps it is good that people are able to create businesses because of the online platforms we now have, but in the category we are discussing, they should not be seen as remotely comparable to what existed up until around 15 years ago.

There are endless 'nice looking' girls but that doesn't mean they are anything special. It was the 'specialness' that made them interesting. And we do really appreciate those girls who reached or represented those standards. Now the world is full of 'pretty girls' parading themselves on youtube channels, tik tok and Instagram. It is even uninteresting now. There are girls proclaiming they are 'magnificent' or 'aging backwards' and what you get is someone who has obviously had lip fillers (and it does not look attractive) is made up a lot to look as she does, those who are not 'aging backwards', or are discussing how to get 'pretty priviledge'. The girls look okay but as said, nothing exceptional and there are too many of them out there who are like this. Many who may have been 'pretty' are presenting themselves as low IQ morons and hoes. They are doing that. And it is damaging for all women. Others may not be as 'pretty' as they think, and it is a little bit big-headed to say it anyway! Or, as said, there are just too many of them.

It is foolish to set yourself up as an example of what others should be like, or look like. Have some modesty! The best things anyone can do is be the best of 'who you are' and to the standards you like for yourself. However, be aware that this 'work' is also about 'Higher Realm' standards!

I had a physical injury disability to unravel, and the other real killer that I had to deal with, and will cover, is being poisoned by an incompetent dentist when I went to work in Canberra. The mercury amalgam filling was inserted into my gum, and this caused all kind of damage, firstly to my life, and also in other ways. This is another reason for covering this topic. I also cover the immense damage done because of abusive relatives, and the damage to people's lives in these situations is also significant.

It isn't about superficial things, even though why shouldn't we look attractive and healthy?

As for this work, people, mainly females, do want to know about rejuvenation and healthy skincare and lifestyle routines,

plant based diets and exercise, and we are going to include some of these things. We are also pointing out things that are not so good.

Some health and well being starter points are to think about your circulation for blood and for the lymph.

Also consider movement to get the fluid moving through your body so that it does not accumulate. Your body needs to move.

Moving helps the body pump out all the fluid retention that gets stuck when your body does not move as much as it needs to. Fluid refers to stuck lymph as well water.fluid retention.

The 10 'Viper's Nests'

This is a reminder to consider these particular areas of the body where toxins will accumulate and need some extra attention to clear them out.

These areas are behind the knees, the backs of the knees. .

The groin area.

The inner elbows.

Underarms area.

And also an area that is behind the ears.

For all these areas, except behind the ears, it is very effective to use some kind of 'body peel shot' or a gentle scrub, just focussing on each of these 'nests'.

For the behind the ears area, use your favourite cold pressed beauty oil, which could be coconut, or pumpkin, or jojoba, but one with an easy to use consistency so if you choose castor oil mix it with something that makes it easier to work with. For the back of the ears, simply press the oil and draw downwards to your outer shoulders. Do this a few times on each side to clear out the waste that gets stuck there. The suggest is to use your right hand fingers for the left side, and your left hand fingers for the right side.. This can done quite easily as part of your face caring routine.

In Cambodia we are very lucky to be able to get pure, organic Moringa Oil to use with face oils or add a drop into another favourite oil to do the self care massage suggested above.

It is also good to add a little acupressure. with pressure to the points in the area just beneath your eyebrows next to your nose. A small amount of pressure as you do your face care programme.

Skin Scrubs

We recommend using salt scrubs for several reasons. They are a safer abrasive on the skin, and also they dissolve in water which is very much easier to get off, and safer for the various water pipes.

Reversing the 'Reverse Rotation'

This is obviously more complex than can be presented here. Therefore, not doing some things will be the best way to assist not adding to the 'reverse rotation'. There is not an exercise to 'reverse' what has happened. Some people have taught some things of this kind, possibly with 'merkaba activation' and similar, and it has ended up with terrible tragedies happening.

So this is recommending our opinion on what we think is good exercises for good health, and recommending not to do some things.

The entire topic requires the explanation of how the planet goes into 'reverse negative' and that it is this which accesses the 'streams' from the 'Black Sun' (which is covered) and is the reason those in 'this world' began to live shorter lives and to age.

This work was very clear about not doing specific types of yoga, and even though I myself have a diploma as a yoga teacher, this is still the information we provided. Basic Hatha Yoga exercise classes should not present a problem, especially if the teacher just keeps to the exercises. This remains the advice.

Of course there are always people arguing against it, but then, they don't know the reasons for it. So they can do what they want to do, but it is not part of getting out of the 'reverse rotation', and we are stating that clearly.

Most of the general exercises are fine to do. Always seek professional advice from your doctor or health care professional.

This work has also been very clear about aspects of oriental exercise systems such as some forms of Qi Gong, and some systems which the work has explained and shown as clear reasons not to do these, not if you are interested in accessing the 'Living Life Streams' and reversing the 'reversed rotation'.

A basic Tai Chi form is fine. Most Qi Gong exercises that anyone would generally do are also fine. The good thing is to move and to exercise, but the work still recomends keeping to the general exercise aspects, not getting 'advanced' about it.

Dance classes are good, and also the gym is good. The key is to do it. It isn't just accumulated fat that people have. It is blocked lymph circulation and blockages for the fluid circulation, that is why the '10 Vipers Nests' are very helpful to clear these blockages. Also skin brushing.

Then if you add some basic gym machines - we like the rowing machine and also the cycle machine (the one that is not actually a bike) and we feel these cover a lot just by themselves.

Also it is very important to include weight training to build up your muscle strength especially as you get older.

People tend to do the treadmill then give up because they aren't achieving much. We never use the treadmill. But we recommend that you walk a lot, and the other machine machines we mentioned do get you moving.

These healthy exercises do not reverse the 'reverse rotation' but not doing what has been recommended not to do, will be beneficial to 'reversing the reverse rotation'. The rest of it comes with the practises that belong with the entire system.

Many people, male and female, are interested in remaining youthful and at their best via the Plant Food diet, and healthy living,

as well as following the guidelines of the 'Living Light and Life Streams'.

Obviously keeping a Plant Based diet, or a raw Plant Based diet is not overly complicated. This was definitely part of the 'Therapeutae' healing protocols of the pre-dilluvian civilization, and also in the centuries and millennia after the 'fall' (of the axis) took place. The cycle that created does get worse as it goes deeper into the 'Dark Streams' of the streams from the 'Dark Star', but the planet does pull out of them to get to where that cycle is now. That is at the point of 'no cycle'. nevertheless, this reality is always the fallen reality, and it is the 'lower realm bandwidth'.

As far as the Therapeutae Plant Based Diet goes, the guidelines are self explanatory, but the 'Way' is specific that eggs are not part of the diet. The rest of 'lifestyle' and life mansgement' does have to keep the awareness that the 'Way' is about being able to get to the Living Life Streams' and not inadvertently take on things that are not part of that, even though they seem "good" or interesting.

At the end we've added a few Spas that we get to enjoy by living here in Cambodia. There are fantastic forms of traditional massage for activating meridians, creating nerve pathways, muscle release, and traditional facial treatments, not all the RF, Hifu, Thermage, Ultherapy, and so on, or botox of filler route at all, but natural and wholistic, and which really are a wonderful, healthy, and effective to do.

We think that the 'powers that be' are lowering the expectations we can aim for, but making it almost mandatory that we all must pay out to be a 'presentable standard' that is not how humans naturally are!

A Few Comments.

The Gen Z and filters, means that the girls of today do not look like the photos and videos they produce as presenting themselves. They think they do, but it is the filters. This is crazy and also creating delusions. .

Great as the claims may be for an RF facial, Hifu, or other machines, the experience is not necessarily very enjoyable, and the results can be negligible. The Hifu machine as an example, is very expensive for a treatment and the results are universally reported as 'disappointing'.Quite possibly the people providing the services can use these machines ever day and eventually they get good results. For everyone else, to be realistic, it is probably going to take a great many of these expensive, probably weekly 'treatments'. As said, they are not exactly nurturing and enjoyable.

Our view is that a traditional. relaxing, expert 'old school' facial may be the best option. We tried the Bodia Spa in Cambodia and it was very good. We began with the 'Healing and Regenerating Facial and it was absolutely wonderful. Next to try is their top of the range facial, and we'll report back on this.

Why spend $100+ on a machine used over your face, when you get 2 or 3 of these 'old school' facials for the same price. The massage will stimulate blood circulation and the repairing and healing process, and the rebuilding of collagen. Its also a much nicer experience.

We do recommend using Gua Sha, and in a way that addresses more than the face, and specifically for moving the lymph and releasing the fascia.

We recommend and prefer the traditional facial, but if a 'machine' is added, generally a good microcurrent can be good.

Botox can atrophy muscles and that is ultimately a problem. fillers can migrate to other parts of the face, they can also cause necrosis in the lips, not to mention that the results can turn a face into a caricature of the person. (We do not use or recommend any of these things mentioned here, and below.)

There are definite warnings against unqualified sources for 'vitamin' and 'whitening' IV drips, and people have gone into shock or other reaction when the 'cocktail' included glutathione.

Skin whitening treatments can contain mercury and are poisoning. In centuries past the women did use mercury to lighten their skin, and they also used belladonne, a poison, in their eyes.

There are procedures to alter your eye colour. These are not safe to do and can lead to loss of vision.

There are procedures for the 'Brazilian Butt Lift' and it is amazing how many girls think they need to do this.

females are being 'told' to think they are in some kind of competition with other females to attract a man, therefore many women are doing these ridiculous things. However, the fat that can be transferred there does not get the blood supply it needs so there can be a problem of necrosis, which means it dies, and as a result of dying it smells extremely bad.

Life Management

I was never part of the 'ordinary' world so when I did move to Australia and worked in Sydney, at Darling Harbour, it was not my world at all, and it was very dull. I never met anyone who did anything really interesting or different. That is not specifically knocking what it was, it is a comment on how it was for me to experience it. In many ways, actually very many ways, I was totally unprepared for how unadventurous it was. I do think there were the 'nouveau riche' tacky class there of 'lower realm' consciousnee but with some good money. This was usually a gym oriented type, with the gym being a good thing, but it was more about the 'image'.

For me, with moving moving to SE Asia, it was because I really wanted to leave Australia, and even now, I feel no connection or affinity with Australia. In my experience and opinion, our western countries have been demeaned and deliberately targetted for destruction. My country is England. My affinity is with the Europe that has now certainly been downgraded. You only have to look at the videos on Monaco to see it is now nothing but a whore slum for the 'Tate brothers class' !

For a few notes on 'Life Management' the Therapeutae Way

- best not to mix different philosophies for health. It is not a good idea to take bits from here and there to then create a false 'Life Programme'.

It is okay to do the exercise systems you like and prefer, and that maybe gym exercise, or dance class, and also a general yoga class, or tai chi. That is okay, you are not mixing philosophies. We suggest you enjoy what you do, not feel you have to force it or go harder all the time. Of course with weight training you have to increase the load, but you don't have to knock yourself out for everything you do. Relax, and enjoy what you do.

But mixing philosophies for dietary intake does not work. For example, oriental medicine will focus on heat and coolness in the body, and say eat cooked food, and don't eat raw plant food.

A person following the Raw Plant Food diet obviously wants to eat the food raw, or if its the Plant Food diet, then raw or lightly steamed or something, but wants juices and salads and so on. So these philosophies don't mix. One thing to keep in mind is that the Plant Food Diet always says to eat when the digestive fire is at its peak. That was around noon. However, if that timing does not fit in with your schedule - maybe you go to sleep at 4 am - then make a point of noting which is the best time to eat, for you.

There are various suggestions for how you begin and then progress through your day, and we are not covering that here. However, a good suggestion that came from the lady who is explaining about how the fitness video industry was exploited (below) is a way she found works for getting rid of the belly fat that seems to accumulate mainly after 40. The suggestion is to always kick the meal off with the protein. If you are going out, have a 25gms of protein drink so that you are kick starting with the protein first.

It seems I do always start my day with a protein drink, and I only eat one meal a day as a general rule (unless the timing is out). Another good consideration is ensuring you have creatine for building muscles and for other benefits.

Obviously you need to ensure you are getting a full amount of all the nutrients your body needs. You will have your own ideas and plans for what you need, or you can go to a health professional to do a test for you.

We have to go with what is available in the country we live, so we did start the day with fermented Noni Juice - which is very good to have. Currently it's not clear if its stilll available! It may have disappeared from existence here, because that is how things can be in Cambodia!!! If we could get pomegranate juice for some other point in the day, we would have that, but it isn't available.

For fitness, it is the actual industry behind the products which makes the real money. Also like popstar creations who become the product but it is the 'entertainment company' who manages them who make all the money.

In fact for 'spirituality' and the 'Way', people are always looking for the next thing, and that is why most do not find the 'Way'. And also why most do not achieve their fitness and well being goals. They are always looking for the next thing.

There are quite a lot of plant food diet and similar channels on youtube, but really they are telling you the same things. Consumers automatically look for the next person saying that same thing! It's just someone different saying it.

This is why for the 'spiritual path' which is the 'Christ Teachings which went Eastwards' it is about following the guidelines and gradually coming to understand the reasons for it. It is a literal change from being on the 'outer path' to the 'inner path', or lower levels to the 'higher level', which absolutely means and requires, all the highest standards of human behaviour - but all of that is covered on our other pages. However, there is always new information as many amazing things begin to be shown or made known. But to do this 'Way' you need to just keep to it. The guidelines allow 'Higher Up' to correct things for you, without you blocking the process by needing to get to the next 'method' being 'revealed'. It used to be each new 'workshop' or the 'next piece of the puzzle'.

The 'beauty industry' now is almost a chore to get enough RF or Hifu treatments to start seeing results, and it isn't fun. It is not about relaxing and enjoying doing what you are doing. You are not going to look like the filter produced Instagram images, and it isn't a terrible crime that you don't look like an image. Nor do you need to look like everyone else.

As said, we do not recommend all the very expensive usually machine based treatments and so on. What we are saying is enjoy doing what you enjoy doing, and maybe old school facials are a good option. Maybe some extras that are safe like skin needling, microneedling which has good clinical research to show it gets results, and we do think a good microcurrent device is good for at home.

*We've added some info on skin needling because healthy skin care is something the ladies have asked about.

Note on Skin Needling.

This is a simple procedure but can cost at best around $100 a session, with Korean skin clinics saying you can do them weekly, and home kits you can do mostly daily.

HOWEVER, for this to be effective and reach the lower dermis where damage takes place, therefore needing the puncture so the body repairs that AND the existing damage, the professional treatment you pay for needs to use the needles at a depth of 1.5 mm or it does not reach where you need to reach. It is a complete waste of money to do less than this at a clinic, even worse if you are doing it weekly. I have found the Korean clinic I checked was not using the necessary depth yet charging $250 to $350 per session depending on what serum they used with it. Even with the serum, you can get the depth the clinic is using with a home roller, so why bother with the clinic?

It needs to be 1.5 mm and often the clinic does not know this. So check. This reaches the level where the repair is needed, and the most useful results are experienced. For this reason the better results are recommended. Why spend $100-200-300 a treatment for a depth you can do yourself? A lesser level like .5 can give the glow and be okay for fine lines but for the deep structure level of collagen and support building it needs to reach the deeper levels of the dermis.

It also means I cannot get skin needlng where I live, which is a big disappoitment. If the skin clinics that we do have here (not many) understood this, it would be okay!

You can esily by home skin needling rollers at a lesser depth of say .5 mm and so long as you di this correctly, your serums will penetrate deeper and you will affect the upper levels of the skin - but not where the real damage occures.

For the 1.5 mm treatment it is recommended to have them done professionally.

There are no studies on how long before treatments, but for the 1.5 mm depth punctures, would healing takes 3-4 weeks so that is the time to wait between professional treatment, in order to get the optimum results. If you are doing this depth and repeat the treatment weekly, the full benefits of the wound healing and collagen production have not taken place.

Korean clinics are wrong on this one! Korean skincare is great, but 'glass skin' is not necessarily as healthy looking or desireable as a healthy 'glow'. Doing a juice fast will give a very clear healthy glow.

In addition Korean 'beauty standards' and the nonsense going on in China and the west, are stupid "standards'. There are not any women in Korea who look especially 'better' than anywhere else. We also dislike the 'little girl' fads in China. There is no need to be a sheep, or to think there is something 'wrong' with how you look.

There is also a home beauty device which we have been lucky to get where we live and we wlll see how that goes. It provides the microcurrent which we do recommend as benefitical and helpful, and it has some other settings which make this a very useful and well reviewed device. Fortunately where we live in Cambodia, there are plenty of Korean skin care products which are very good. There are really good stock of Medicube and plenty of others, also Japanese. Ww can also et French products.

The device that is great for home use is the

Medicube Booster Pro

It is very easy to use, easy to learn to use, easy to recharge, and at least gives a sense of satisfaction that this is something we can do for our skin at home! My unit cost $120, although with the reviews I went through most seemed to be priced around $200 although it is officially listed as much more. No-one ever seems to pay more than around $200 USD for it.

For fitness, this work again says says find what you enjoy doing and follow on with that. Don't stress about placing time limits on yourself, just do what you are enjoying doing. But do move your body.

For me, as written elsewhere, I apparently decided to 'untwist' the 'reverse rotation' of the very subtle 'Life Streams' that I didn't even know about until more information was available. If I had known I had a goal to achieve that would take 19 years I would have felt daunted by it. If I had known I would spend 2 years with very real difficulty walking as this 'untwisting' moved down my body and reached my pelvis and legs, then maybe I would not have done it! I also had give up dance classes sometime around 2018 because I could not do them. Finally, I am able to walk okay, and begin at the gym and the worst of this is really changing now. So I do what I can do, and what I enjoy. (I do dance classes and I do the work out equipment and weight training.)

This next video is also useful we think, because it covers how the 'businesses behind the product' keep selling the next new thing to keep you basically going round in circles, always trying to find the 'one that works'. They all all work, you just have to do it, stay with it, and enjoy what you choose to do.

I Stayed Quiet For Years! The Ugly Side of Fitness

Watch 21 mins.

We will add more to this page.

We do recommend body brushing, and body scrubs to remove dead skin, and liven up the circulation and as a very positive and healthy thing to do for your body health.

We do recommend using high quality cold pressed high nutrient content oils for the body and the face.

For the body, it is good to apply quality oil and the best way to do that is on a damp skin.

Some content creators are saying even befeore the towel, slather on the oil. That is very messy and seems to defeat the purpose, but usually it is said by someone with very dry skin, although putting the oil onto damp skin is better and recommended. A lot of women seem to get very dry skin apparently. That probably takes more than just oil, and should be followed by a well chosen healthy body cream. I don't have any dry skin, so am happy with the oil.

And of course we recommend exercise.

We will add more on these things, but please enjoy the links to some of our favourite Spas here in Cambodia - for inspiration!

Good quality 'old school' facials, by professionally trained therapist, are great for loosening up the fascia and stuck muscles.

For interest here are some of my favourite spas in Siem Reap (that I go to) and they produce very high quality herbal and organic oils and skincare.

Bodia Spa in Siem Reap. Excellent place and excellent service. Continue.

Chitta Spa.

Relax Spa

Mizu Spa Much less in price yet very good in my own experience. I had an excellent Thai massage, super, extra strong, and I loved it. The cost was $10.

Healthy Living, and Caring for Your Skin.

As we have mentioned skin needling, it is important that we add some professional information to ensure that if you do this, you do it safely and correctly.

If you go for a professional 'beauty therapist' treatment then choose wisely. It is easy for any 'cosmetic enhancement' clinic to buy a needle roller and then follow any tutorial for how to do it correctly (hopefully correctly). Even in Cambodia the price I checked for this was $100 USD, with a needle depth of .25 mm and this is clearly a rip off. Most likely they don't really know what they are doing, it is a very simple 'cosmetic procedure' that costs nothing and they can charge $100 for it.These 'facials' can cost $200 or $300 so the advice is to check what serum they are using, because skin needling will help the skin if done properly, and so will a good serum.

More importantly check the length of the needles they are using. There is no real point to paying $100 for someone using a .25 mm dermaroller which is the best depth for around the eye area not the whole face. Please do not roll over the actual eye or right beneath the eye. Please follow professional instructions. You can buy a good quality roller, follow the tutorials and do this easily at home.

There is also the issue of people buying the admittedly professional equipment

for RF, microneedling and so on, and then they learn to use the equipment correctly.

What they are not trained in is the actual mechanics of the skin, the underlying muscles and all the information that a properly trained and qualified professional 'beauty therapist' has learned. We would recommend caution with this, and to choose anyone offering these 'machine facials' carefully. .

There are important points about using the skin needling roller,

that the roller itself is the best standard.

So we will add some tutorials.

For the eye area you will be looking at .25 mm

To start for your face area, you may want to consider .5 mm, and if you have damage (as I do from the poisoning by a dentist) then you might look at working towards 1. 0 mm (use this not more than 4-6 weeks apart. But 4 weeks apart is the optimum recommended wait time.).
