Melania Trump was selling little bracelets on line to 'remember the angels' (or some such wording) about those who had just died.

It did not seem to be around for more than a few years. It was not a sophisticated place, it was a sleazy place, which one could also say about the famous at the time club 'Studio 54' which was a degenerate hole with things happening that no decent person would ever have believed.

But the Kit Kat Club is the one specifically mentioned for east European 'models' and it can be surmised that a lot of the "model agencies" involved sprang up for this reason - sex trafficking! The girls did do some 'modelling' type work but usually for raunchy magazines and they were likely there on a Tourist Visa, as Melania was when she first worked in the USA. Her photos show she did do different rypes of modelling work including fashion.
There is considerable difference between 'modelling' and the raunchy photos that Melania did. They may say bs like 'we are not ashamed of our bodies' but what's that got to do with choosing to pose for raunchy photos? A girl only does that for one reason and it isn't because she is 'not ashamed of her body'!
Elite Models had a lot of the very top 'supermodels' on its books, genuine modells like Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell or other big names of the time, but when the owner John Casablancas died, none of them made any comment on his passing.
Melania, from the east European country of Slovenia, first met Donald Trump at the Kit Kat Club.
The KitKat Club was modelled on the original club in Berlin which was setting for the musical 'Cabaret',
which seems was the cabaret for the New York KitKat Club. This is what Wikipedia says about the Berlin club.
"The KitKat Club is known for its sexually uninhibited parties. Guests are allowed to engage in sexual intercourse openly at the venue. The motto of the club is "do what you want but stay in communication".Patrons are diverse, including heterosexuals and members of the LGBT+ community." The open 'seuallt positive' was a cabaret for other guests at Studio 54, and presumably may have been the same for the KitKat Club in new York City. After all, it was closed down in 2000 for being 'unsavoury'.
Trump was friends with fellow female exploiters Epstein and Elite Model Agency owner John Casablancas trolling New York nightclubs and using their positions as owners of agencies to use the girls. Apparently Trump also owned a model agency from 1999 to 2017. It can now be imagined what that was primarily for.
Another Trump Friend was John Casablancas.
 Casablancas married Aline Wermelinger in 1993. The model was one of Casablancas's own models and was 17 years old at the time - her new husband was 50. Wermelinger had participated in Elite's Look of the Year contest in her native Brazil the previous year.
When Casablancas was 41, he began an affair with the teenage Stephanie Seymour. Reports claim she was either 15 or 16 at the time.
Casablancas, called "one of the creepiest people I have ever met" by one observer, was constantly surrounded by women, a circumstance of his own design.
Casablancas used to run in the same circles as New York City elites like Donald Trump. In the wake of sexual misconduct allegations against Trump in the 2010s, an incident involving the two men and several models came to light.
"At a dinner party both men attended (Trump & Casablancas) in 1996, Casablancas provided models for the event.
The men (<read this) at the party reportedly requested the women walk on tables so they could look up their skirts. According to a Daily Mail article
[Trump] would then comment on whether they were wearing anything - and if not, what he thought of their genitals.
Trump's interest in the modeling industry ostensibly grew. He owned his own modeling agency, known as Trump Models, between 1999 and 2017.
