Ballet for Exercise.
Plié
As a trained ballet dancer. which I did for 12 years before then embarking on a career as a professional dancer, the plié is one of the basic exercises that we always begin the class with.
Of course, when you then audition and are offered a contract to work with a company, some shows can include ballet, but mostly what we could call 'modern jazz' but meaning hip hop or reggaeton, and some cabaret engagements are often nicely choreographed dances, but the focus probably was on a group of pretty girls dressed in quite fugure revealing stage costumes! That aside, those costumes were always very pretty, sometimes we had 'showgirl' feathers (because that can still be part of cabaret tyoe show) and as mentioned further down, the most usual costume was a bikini which absolutely covered well,, but it looked good with the fishnet tights and high heels - which were a special stage shoe but definitely ended up with us looking like nice, long legged dancing girls! A high level stage show, such as the 'Phantom of the Opera', as an example, had very elaborate costumes and of course focussed on excellent dance, not 'pretty girls'.
But as you can see, those of us who trained professionally, and attended special professional schools, such as for example, the 'Royal Ballet School', we did train very hard, and you do actually go through grades in order to earn professional qualifications.
The exercises for ballet are a great foundation for a healthy life.
With the plié which is pronounced plee-AY, the picture below shows the basic sequence. There is no need to cover the arm positions for this,
To do this exercise, we will start in '2nd position' which means your heels are around hip width apart, not with the heels together as demonstrated with the starting position below. You hold onto the barre in a studio, or find something that replaces the barre that you can hold lightly onto. The picture shows the extended arm in 2nd position and her feet are in 'first position'.
However, we are extending that to '2nd position' so the legs are apart and the heels of the feet are not touching. There is no need to turn the feet out, but keep them nicely aligned and comfortable. Then you proceed to bend the knees to what is comfortable, keep the heels on the floor for this introductory exefcise, and hold that for a count of 5 or longer, then straighten up and repeat the sequence.
If you like, you can also try this exercise in the 'first position' which is the heels together and the toes lightly turned out.
You can also see the sequence of the arm movement if you want to add that. The extended arm moves downwards in a fraceful manner, then lifts forward upward in fron of you, then out to the side as you rise up from the plie.
The arm movement is very similar to Tai Chi movements, or Qi Gong, and what we are practising is the balletic way of going into a squat.
Keep it comfortable for you, but gently practising this will help you stregthen your legs, and the much lesser used muscles that are involved in the 'squat'.
Ballet includes movements that stregthen the ankles which are of tremendous importance to your body's ability to 'switch on' its communication system, and stregthen muscles which are hidden beneath your calf muscles and also helpful to 'switch on' the fascia. We will add some more exercises soon.

Can You Imagine Why Any Woman Would Choose to Look This Grotesque Shape?
Watch This just shows you how ridiculous people are and that they behave like sheep doing what others tell them to do. Apparently these 'women' believe this is the body shaoe and look, that is 'desireable'. None of it is 'desireable'. It is clownish.
These shapes are absolutely disgusting. The women all look deformed and grotesque. That is the REALITY. This video also shows the ugly eyelash extensions and the big, fat ugly lips which all of these women truly believed made them look better!
No-one ever wanted to look 'thin'. Unless you are so insecure as to need to 'follow trends', no-one was especially going after being 'thin'. No-one ever pursued trying to create a flat bum look. The gym workouts were to create a naturally well shaped backside. If anyone thinks there were trends to do other than this, then that is 'being insecure'.
No-one was ever going after being 'big' and 'curvaceous' because it looks too fat, and also raises questions about body odour through the fat, and the blocked lymph. Let's call a spade a spade. This is an idea which has ruined what was previously the ideal example via 'Victoria's Secret' which reined supreme as the ideal - albeit unattanable for most - from 1997 through to 2019. It is their recent shows which are showcasing fat women and pretending it 'rocks it'. previously the look was fairly uniform through all the lingerie and swimwear models, and in recent shows and advertising there is a mish mash of body shapes that sends a message of confusion but never sends a mesage that it what women want to aspire to.
The most desireable and 'aspirational' female body type remains a slim, athletic, fit body with modest but adequate sized breasts, and a normal sized backside that is firm and well shaped. Legs are slim and long, but not thin. Natural looking eyelashes framing nice eyes remain the ideal, and a natural healthy looking mouth.
The fact that cosmetic surgery is nw widely accepted and talked about openly has led to unknown numbers of mainly females, feeling they need to change how they look, massive insecurity about how they look, and ridiculous levels of cosmetic surgery including the 26 year old we featured who felt she needed to do a facelift, which she did in Turkey, and basically has ruined her once pretty face. No-one shsould feel they need to do cosmetic surgery. No-one needs the grotesque BBL's which also is leading to a significant problem of fat necrosis and a disgusting, rotting smell which cannot be removed.
In the video the person called Melissa reveals a person who does not know how to look attractive. She's messed up her face albeit that it might qualify as a plastic created Mar-a-Lago look, and her BBL is a form of insanity to look as she does. She should have kept to the gym workouts.
All of these people are living in massive insecurity about how they look, and with an inability to accept themselves.
That is a very damaging place to live your life from and it does show they do not have confidence in themselves.
It is also an example of 'sheeple'. All these people, all the ones who do all the excessive cosmetic surgery, are doing it because they have been 'told' they need to do it. And they obey. They do not think for themselves.
There is nothing wrong with taking care of your self and your body. Doing that is a positive step. But doing all these precedures is unreaistic. In the Chinese videos many girls actually change their faces to look like a famous actress. In Korea, it has been commented that they all look alike.
Ironically this used to be how westerners perceived people from the east, because they seemed to 'look alike'. Then they developed their beauty and their own handsomeness and westerners could better see how attractive they were. Thereafter, a great many have tried to look like someone else instead.
Clearly, African Americans and the English of African origin are in the same kind of mindset. They want to look like someone else. They are insecure in themselves and do not think they, as they are, are good enough.
The Trend to Want to Look Like 'Someone Else'.
It can be commented that the BBL look is extremely unattractive, and whoever made that seem to be 'fashionable' or 'desireable' was lying.
It is also mentioned again about cosmetic equipment 'facials' which you usually have to to do about 10 of them at least every year, or sooner, using electronic equipment at a cost of at least $100 per session.
The practitioners who provide these 'facials' do have to learn to use the equipment, but there is not any of the original beautician training which was the case with what would now be called 'old school' facials. This is a serious amount of training that is missing. We do recommend the original type of facial with a good facial massage, because, amongst a number of benefit such as circulation etc, a good facial massage does help 'unglue' stuck fascia and allow muscles to return into their intended locations.
In fact good workouts to develop fascia automatically links between the feet, ankles and the gluts, and it is healthy to have the development of the gluts in that natural way.
The Cookie Cut Out 'Influencers' and Instagram Horror Story.
My first thought with these is that a great many of these girls really do think a lot of themselves. Yet there are so many of them that none of them is exactly standout different. I personally do not like the vanity side of this or the arrogance that accompanies this.
The second thought is that basically a lot of them want to get down to the sexy lingerie or swimwear look which is again because they want to show off this aspect of themselves.
Yet I have to say, that as a professional dancer who worked in numerous stage shows, this is mostly exactly what we were doing! Wewere given the costumes, but those costumes were very often bikinis or a 'sexy lingerie look'.
The difference is that the world now no longer supports all the career opportunities for a dancer in cabaret or stage shows, which is where the audience paid to see the show. BTW, this does mean nice costumes in good shows, but nevertheless, we were still dressed skimpily!!
In today's world of the internet, all sorts of girls have decided to present themselves in various displays of what they believe is their best 'attributes' and perhaps no-one needs to go to a stage show to see girls dressed like that. Not saying any of us dancers accepted contracts because of costumes, everyone did it because we loved dancing and the theatre, and it was our careers. We never paraded about in front mirrors or selfi-cameras (cell phones) admiring how we looked.
But now you have shop assistants, cafe workers, or essentially anyone, available to view on their Instagram or youtube channel.
You can see them doing their skin care and make up routine even though they are just, in many cases, any girls down the street who has decided you need to see this.
Of course, if you are getting information from actual 'stars' or people who are professional as in, it is their careers to know all their glow up secrets, then that is good. It is very helpful.
Really the comment or observation is that a lot of these girls are so full of themselves now, as if they are something special.
Not only that, it has been commented that the generation born from 2005 has grown up with the internet, filtered looks on Instagramand so to the extent that they now believe a person, even at the age of 28 is 'old' and irrelevant in the world.
They do not yet realise that they look as they do because they are the age they are but that it will change.
They were not born with better assets than someone who is now 28, 33, 41, or 50, or older.
It has also been pointed out that most of them are going to face a crisis when the natural progression of getting older kicks in, and they discover they do not remain forever looking as they thought they did.
They are also showing a very common look and it echoes the original revelation from an ancient E-Bay that you can sell anything.
Many of these ones, have also already done cosmetic surgery procedures for no valid reason other than they view it as the same as going to the hairdresser.
They ARE viewing that they themselves are not good enough as they are and need to 'improve'.
OR they believe they are extra good, and these are the ones charging money for men to book a date with them.
Everything is unrealistic and an illusion. But it also encouraging rudeness and contempt towards others - especially the difficulties of the elderly. The unrealistic bombardment of all the same thing is, has led to people who are less human, and definitely unkind.
This kind of thing is really bad for society. tt is a very dangerous thing to have all kinds of people putting out vidoes which then influence how the 'sheeple' think and behave.
If this continued, it would end civilization.
Why? because the world would be full of people like this....then WW3 happens.
We do encourage everyone to exercise and become fit and healthy and NOT obsess about other body shapes, or types of looks. Just get fit and healthy yourself.
Also drop the fat lips, the excessive eyelashes, and the cheap looking very long nails especially with nail art regardless of how espensive it was.

There's a clip of a dike who is an Anglican clergyperson, saying that God is trans. There is sweet little Charlotte Church on stage raving that Ed Sheeran supports genocide. And there was a music awaards show, something to to do MTV whicj nne of knew was still a thing, but it included the long surviving fake creation that is 'Madonna' attaching herself again to the young but profoundly untalented Sabrina Carpenter. We'll return to that because the old girl is the first topic. Madonna is regarded as an icon for creating the 'cone boobs and so on. So lets fact check.
The comment is about how the satanic music industry simply creates stars of people who will sell out to be undressed and sexual on stage,
that they grab the adolation of children - which is the market the bosses want to capture so they will spend their pocket money and then future earnings idolising someone who is nothing but a fake image. It is also about the 'programming' to sexualize children, for the children to think these freaks on their side and 'understand them', and then everything that leads to Epstein, or Diddy parties.

Meghan Markle Still on a Mission to bring Down the British Royal Family.
Markle does think she has a 'mission' to 'equalize' all people but has misunderstood the role of the Royal Family, and also has carried out her mission with extraordinary rudeness and bad manners. She does not undersiand that the 'Royal Family' is a job which represents a standard of behaviour and dignity. The people who are at the forfront of that role carry out their duties exctly with the dignity, diplomacy, grace and charm that is expected of them. It is also a role of Diplomat. No-one should underestimate how much a valuable asset having the royal family is.
Not for Meghan Markle whose unending lack of comprehension and rudeness stuns everyone! Meghan Markle could not do the job of being a working royal, and she could never be placed in the role of a diplomat!
She also does not know how to dress well. The number of her mismatched and scruffy outfit choices has gained many comments. For her Afternoon Tea at Claridges she did the same as most of her choices before. She got it wrong.
Continue. A first I thought she had the same wide pants I have bought recently, but mine are harem style, and hers are very much more expensive. Her choice of coat is okay I think, and so would be the pants except they are crumpled/unironed, and they are too long and baggy on her, the cashmere top is so neutral that it looks like a mismatched colour choice, as if it was meant to be the same as the pants but it isn't quite. A thin leather belt in tan which matched/blended with the coat would have pulled the outfit together better. She also needed a better shoe than a loafer. But the real glaring faux pas is the shopping bag she has chosen! Hugely overpriced at 7000 GBP for a Chanel beach bag or some such thing. This does not work at all.
Every news source is commenting on the cost of the awful outfit. In reality the ridiculous bag is what the price up at 7000 GBP. The Ralph Lauren pants, were a normal 700 GBP, and the coat was fairly average. The loafers were a waste at the high price they were, but the worst and most unnecessary thing was that shopping bag.
There is plenty of awful fashion with the shows for 2027. But this is a good one to look at.

This is from last year, but it came up while we were looking for the menswear Micro-shorts for the 2027 collection. These are men's 'fashion' of tiny shorts which are cut up higher at the back to show the buttocks - just as they do for females now!
To think, that over the fairly recent decades those who expect the world to 'obey' them, have gone from swimsuits, to bikinis, to making women show as much of their boobs as possible and believe it is 'modern world'. Then in more recent decades it has been about showing the buttocks - not for beachwear, but for when a female is out and about in town, wearing shorts, but cut to show the buttocks..
Eventually, those expect the world to 'obey' them will have people completely undressed and they will think they are being 'open minded' and fashionable', a kind of 'forward thinking' moron.
This way, those who expect everyone to 'obey' will have taken people back to an undressed anaimal status - which is what they believe most people are.
'Upper Realm' Behaviour.
This is always based on consideration for others. Imagine if you paid to live in a beautiful area so you could enjoy the peaceful beauty it represented. No one minds people enjoying a public park, or those practising Tai Chi in the area, or taking their dogs for a walk. But what happens if the beautiful area has been discovered by 'influencers' or anyone posting their stuff to Instagram and that they creating stunts every week?
The next story is about people filiming a "marriage proposal". First of all this isn't a marriage proposal, this is a staged creation of a marriage proposal to be posted to Instagram or Facebook. The point that is upsetting the local residents is that there are people filming these stunts every week!
The videographer is not an independent visoegrapher, she is the sister of the person being filmed. When the person who is exasperated with this kind of stunt happening every week says that this is happening every week, the 'videographer' only understands that they weren't there last week. That shows some lack of understanding about why the lady is upset.
This stunt also involves a Mariarchi band which certainly is noisy and disturbing the peace. In reality, people who are going to do stunts like this should have to apply for a permit and in consideration of the integrity of the parkland, the numbers of approvals for this kind of thing should be limited.
If these people want all the Mexican stuff, why shouldn't the lady say 'go back to Mexico'? Isn't that what most nationals of the countries who are dealing with unwanted immigration saying?
In the interview with the 'bride to be' in a story that the news reporter should have considered more about it's relevance, the 'bride to be' expresses that she should have an apology.
despite that every post replying to this video thinks the lady complainig was wrong, these people should apologize to the lady and to all the residents of the area and everyone else who uses this park.
If behaviour and wrongful interpretation of people's "rights" continue in this thoughtless and inconsiderate way, people will be driven from their homes and communities will be divided.
What is happening is that people with higher intelligence and higher standards are being subjugated to a 'consciousness' that is a much lower level. Those who are the 'lower level' are always in conflicts with others, always suffering from 'offended egos' making vile judgements on others because things that relate to their misperception of themselves. Those doing always misunderstand the bigger picture, and even if you explain the situation it's usually over their heads to understand it. They think it is the person being mean, or bitter, or accusing them of wrong doing (not that it may have been explaining the issue and the problem.)
With this video, it is accusing a woman clearly upset that her public park is being misused for stunts, apparently every week, and she is also accused of being racist. If this kind thoughtless stunt is what they do in Mexico, why shouldn't she say what she said if she and other locals don't want this kind of thing? THis petty, judgemental response, embarassing this lady even on a TV broadcast is also unkind because she has a right to be upset and express it.
If this kind of inconsiderat behaviour overwhelms a previously well functioning society, then it is the well functioning society that is destroyed. Not 'fair go' for everyone, but the outright destruction of peaceful, considerate society. The same is happening in the Cotswolds.
The TV channel should have given more consideration to this atrocious report.

The woman complaining is right. people staging marriage proposals for a film is the same as tourists invading and ruining the Cotswolds, and influencers performing stunts to get viewers. It is a violation of people's rights, especially for those who live in an area they want to peacefully enjoy living in.
