A third short page on the 'Therapeutae' health lifestyle topic.
'Life Management' and Creating a Future World''Equality'.We are going to add a 'part 3' to the Life Management series, to cover a few points to do with European civilized manners and style and also the issue of 'equality'. This topic came up and it is possible that some demographics think that 'equality' refers to how they rank in a civilized world without their knowing what a civilized world is. Europe, has always been extremely civilized and cultured, and 'Europe' cover the UK and also Russia which was once part of the same demographic. Obviously we are talking about the 'civilized end' of that very developed and civilized culture. The Bad Bunny half time show at the 2026 Super Bowl was an extraordinary display of something that does not represent 'culture'.It represented a culture, but does not represent 'cultured'. Two men making out behind a car door, and girls being as sleazy as it gets, if you get the picture. Firstly the message was that they thought they were all Americans because they are in the American continent, but that is one very big misunderstanding if they actually think that means they are American citizens of the USA which is one separate country. That was quite a weird thing for that show to appear to be saying. The second thing is that the very low standard of civilized behaviour is not 'equal' to a civilized society. Daniel Boland featured a video on the Notting Hill Festival in the centre of London, which we can guarantee was nothing that England was ever like before damaging policies were introduced to destroy the English and European culture. Longtime actual English residents had to stay safely at home while aware of what was going on. Very overweight Caribbean females were climbing trees and humping them, obviously this was also happening in the streets, there were naked females 'dancing' and males doing other things. As shown in the photo at the top. Let's say that the abundance of this kind of behaviour has also influenced how people now present themselves. So, we might feature a few chosen videos especially from a French lady explaining about French style because she emphasizes that a French woman always is natural, has a natural look, and individuality, not bogged down in fashion trends, for example. The American 'Mar a-Lago' version is like superfake on steroids, but that was also Hollywood and that sort of over the top 'glamour' that was Jayne Mansfield (whoever may know that name) or any of them. Always over the top, faked, full on, heavy make up glamour, and in today's world filtered Instagram shots of people who all look basically the same. A point to know is that the more made up and glossy Instagram dressed you may feel you need to show up as, automatically lowers your status. So, take note! Girls tottering around in really high stilettos, as the Thai girls will do, are doing it to attract a certain kind of man, and other kinds of very high shoes even if they are designer, scream out 'cheap'. Wear excellent quality but comfortable shoes with a modest heel. The French view of fashion and style is about quality and being comfortable. One of the first considerations about an outfit is the question "how do I want to be perceived"? Is it powerful, feminine, 'old money' wealth, little girl, not serious, calm and dignified - or is it as many social media influencers apparently want to be perceived, as tarts who are clueless about some kind of personal dignity with their image, make-up, hair, and outfit, and for some, the 'just rolled out of bed' look! As a Australian (Anglo-Australian) I noticed that for most Australians who want to look 'celeb' - like the wags (wives and girlfriends of football names) - they all tend to look like 'slag wags', or the females who want to look a bit higher up the ladder, they tend to go for the 'too perfect' look that isn't comfortabale. It is more that they have done this as 'dressing up' for the image. This is the difference covered with French style or European style. It is more natural, comfortable, but oozes style and individuality. This difference in interpreting what looks good is the reason so many Western English speaking females (and Koreans and Chinese) do so much with cosmetic surgery, cosmetic enhancements, BBL's lip fillers, tattooed eyebrows and so on. In reality, the message this sends is that they are not confident in their own looks or their own skin, or about who they are. There is a need to change everything, a perception that they are not good enough and need to 'make things better'.There is also a lot of longterm damage that these unnecessary cosmetic enhancements generally lead to. Such as stretching out of shape as scars pull downwards, eyes that can look like an accident victim who had to have reconstructive surgery, and necrosis where fat injections die because of a lack of blood supply, and this is part of what is causing the rotting smell that people with BBL's are now commenting on. We might explore the difference of European style, attractiveness, charm, good manners ie consideration for others, and other aspects that qualify as a more advanced and higher level civilization.
We also already have a video of the English guy who did the facial exercises to improve his face, and went from a nerdy teenager with probably no good future ahead of him, to a very attractive, excellent example of a well brought up English man - who is now 20 years old. And a great example of an English higher standard, this guy is English and English educated at good schools - which does make a difference - but he has an Indian father and an American mother, who are all now English and great representatives of the real English. I am not French, I am English, and there are points of, for example, table etiquette which differ, but the point is, that the etiquette exists. There is no such etiquette or consideration for others in a lot of other cultures and that is what makes them not quite as 'equal' to those cultures which do have higher standards. Anyway, this is something we might consider to add for Part 3 of the 'Life Management' series. We are looking at Therapeutae linked health, diet, exercise. how we are being programmed into lower standards and so on. It can be said that 'equality in civilized standards' includes personal hygiene, including the body odour from strong foods that some eat, it includes not dressing in a way that can be offensive to others. I do remember in England when a lot of people from Pakistan were suddenly moving into our country, and although they obviously looked and dressed differently, it was the smell that was so bad. Not that they were from whatever country, but because of the smell.
There have to be questions about how some people are presenting themselves in public, and how does this affect the whole tone of the society for everyone else?At my Khmer massage spa I noticed a young woman who had just finished her treatment and was paying at the desk, with a full 'back on display' because she was wearing a top which fitted round the neck then tied at the back, more like it was a scarf. That was okay - the top was okay - but both sides showed her saggy, not attractive breasts hanging out the sides of this top. Then when she sat down, the front all fell forward and also showed extensive views of her ugly, saggy breasts. Why would anyone dress like that, especially in a conservative country like Cambodia? I also have a photo of a western girl walking down the high street with a T-shirt to the top of her completely on display naked backside. This is in an inland city, nowhere near any beach. If the photo can be accessed from the phone, we will add it up here.
Postural and Cranial - Jaw Corrections for Structural Realignment.Since around 2000, when the 'positive energies' began to restore the imbalance of this planet, there have been some interesting new structural alignment therapies or fascia and myofascial therapies emerging.
