It is Possible the "2nd Sun" is 'Artificial'.
It is still the "2nd brain" in this Solar System. It did come from a dying Star-Grid but it's purpose may have been for the 'reversed' planet which blew itself up. It's location in this Solar System maybe because this planet Earth is also a planet that has 'fallen' in consciousness' - meaning it has reversed from the Crown Chakra, into the Lower Chakras.
It is possible that a 'failed star' - which is also a 'failed sun' - becomes a different kind of intelligence because it cannot sustain or produce Life.
It becomes Artificial Intelligence.
