is KIND and CONSIDERATE to others,
does not sit in judgment
- but you can have opinions and use discernment.
Be POLITE and well mannered to others,
and if in conflict with any aggressive biased responses then WALK AWAY (turn the other cheek)
Be a person who does not try to sexually seduce others, or cheat them, or lie to them, or make another look bad to advance your own career.
Be a person whose 'WORD IS THEIR BOND' who lives in an HONOURABLE way.
That is the type consciousness and behaviour that is recommended.
Civilized society was - civilized.
Once some of the people on this planet did have a level of people with a very high mastery of civilized good manners - which in turn is one of the few attributes which will definitely lead to a new higher level, civilized world. If people do not understand how to behave with consideration for others, then the behaviour is rude, thoughtless, dismissive of others, bullying,and other very bad behaviours such as do now abound. Without a high level of civility then a country, society or community is not civilized.
Think of 'Pride and Prejudice', or even the British films of the '40's and 50's with actors like Kenneth More and real people who fought and died for their country in WW2 and WW1 - it was unheard of not to love and fight for your country.
The current world is indeed not schooled in civility
and therefore by definition, not actually civilized. The western world has created arrogance and ignorance amongst people who do think they are 'better' and appear to think they have a right to judge others.. Civility towards others is not recognized and even considered superfluous or old fashioned.
The idea was for this to be passed onward so less developed people could be shown how to develop in the same way. Over the last centuries people have been 'behaviour programmed' to be less evolved than was once the standard. Those in control raised people with bad behaviour and lesser standards, to become heros and role models for success.
 If you know someone amongst your aquaintances who would like to find a meaningful relationship or is looking for new career openings, is new, is elderly, divorced, widowed and so on, make a point of helping them to connect to others.
 Get to know people respectfully
Before you drift off into bad language, crude jokes or overly personal remarks - make sure this does not make anyone feel uncomfortable or embarrassed.
What is a 'date'?
The worst of a world in reversal is how everything is now based on the satanic world view.
So what is a 'date'?
A date is when two people go out in order to get to know each other and discover the other person's HEART. It is the opportunity to find out about another person, how compatible they may be, and how reliable, and so on.
That is what it should be, and in this way they follow interests and hopefully enjoy getting to know each other, and enjoy the things chosen for the date, like out to dinner, the theatre, dancing, and the reason is always because they are getting to know each other - at the level of the HEART.
If some sleaze, probably the man, thinks that the 'date' was a kind of payment to get you into bed, then that person can be dumped very quickly. If the person, let's say the man, starts talking and behaving in an unacceptable way during the date - other than what you expected of the 'date' - then it is perfectly okay to excuse yourself, say you are going to the bathroom or something, but to actually leave the building, go somewhere else, and leave the jerk there.
There is a very big issue now from men about the number of slutty whores that girls seem to be these days, because this is what it is, and it is simply calling a spade a spade (calling it what it is.) It is not 'equality' and 'strong woman' bs.
This problem is making it difficult for men to find someone they can settle down with, and trust . This is now an issue. Also the reality is they will never make a good wife or life partner. At the slightest hitch in the warped view of 'relationships' in the current consciousness, they will easily move on to the next man. In fact if there is a disagreement these ones will go straight out and sleep with someone else (whoever) immediately as doing that is meaningless to her anyway. This is because it is the mindset. This also means they never really cared about you anyway.
If for example you are out on a dinner 'date' and the female becomes the little whore you didn't think she was - which can include checking what you earn and that you are spending what she considers 'enough' money on her, .then the man also has the opportunity to recognize this by way of the 'date'. While it is less likely that a man would leave, (he would probably take advantage of a cheap lay) but if he did decide he wasn't going to put up with this sh,,,t anymore, then he too could excuse himself from this waste of space and leave her at the table waiting for him to return and leave her to pay the bill. Why not?
This is all because the consciousness is in reverse.
What matters is what is in the heart.
And that is what you need the chance, and the time, to discover by the process that is called a 'date'.
'Judge' - means Discern - with your Heart not your Mind. Your Mind may be wrong. Your Heart is never wrong.
 If someone is Behaving with Aggression or Ignorance Towards You
Do not respond in kind, do not justify yourself, do not engage in commenting on it. Best to walk away.
 Love all beings by practicing 'harmlessness'
Love does not mean pitying, or looking for someone's vulnerabilities.
Take time to 'smell the roses'
Love Animals
Stay Healthy.

for a walk
Get good quality sleep
Choose a Plant Based, vegan friendly diet
 and Fresh Juices.
No alcohol - except maybe a little red wine
with meals for
resveratrol

No Eggs - and try to limit dairy
 Don't Use
Electronic Devices that connect the fingers with the device, it affects the
nervous system.
PROTOCOLS
No eggs.
No recreational drugs.
No alcohol (healthy wine permitted).
Find a meaningful relationship not for 'recreation'. This is also a level of consciousness.
Do as Jesus taught how to behave. Be gentle, be humble, try to always see the 'bigger picture', and be kind to others.
When you begin a 'spiritual path' it is very easy to be contacted from the 'realms of spirit'. Ignore it.
Keep away from practices that activate lower chakras, and 'psychic communications' and 'healing energies' etc astral travel, no matter how well established the 'ancient practice' may be!
 You will easily be in contact with 'other realms' and alien civilizations within this galaxy or Andromedan and so on. All alien and 'star being' civilizations are part of the 2nd path in the garden. It will keep you on the 'wheel of rebirth'.
Have the people of Earth been tricked to remain on the 'Wheel of Rebirth'?
Yes.
 You have had the choice of many 'spiritual paths' and they will take you to the ultimate source of the 2nd Tree in the 'Garden'.
However, the energies which are for this planet's ASCENT out of the dark side of that path began with changes to the planet 2,000 years ago. It brings the planet into alignment with the Light side of the '2nd path' in the Garden BUT it also begins an overlap with the lost path of the 1st Tree which is a different energy stream, and is Eternal Life. Because that HIGHER energy began 2,000 years ago, the planet can now pull out of the 'evil' and the Cain alignment (which is dog and the reverse of God) and move to the positive side at the time of the Planet's Polarity Change/Shift.
That energy stream, called Christos is what has made the difference. The only Teaching was given 2,000 years ago with the incoming energy. That Teaching is and was to ensure you would not align into or create energy ties into the 2nd path, even the positive 'Children of Light' side of that energy path. Do you get it ?

First throw out all the behaviour programming that has dominated for the last 8 or so decades, or especially since the MK Ultra created 1960's. Here is a quick run through - to create a new society on Earth!
We have to start somewhere, but really it starts with a secure family and how a child is raised.
Let's begin with the importance of after finishing school, that the aim becomes to find the right partner for life who embodies as many positive inner qualities as necessary for happy future life. Loyalty, caring, responsibility, commitment etc. Forget the Luciferian programming to make the family irrelevant, and to go out and 'do your own thing' and other deliberately false ideas for 'having fun' - because this has caused endless unhappiness, and these ones are the ones who have made what this world is today - ready and ripe to be taken down by the cabal and darkness.
So, you find the right person and that is how you create the family for the children you have - not as accidents from parties etc, but wanted and cared for throughout their growing up. The family lives by the golden rule, is loving and supportive, responsible. The kids grow up and remain loyal and loving to their own brothers and sisters, and cousins and aunts and uncles so it is in fact quite an extensive community of people who remain loyal to each other as family.
It is a network which of course then extends to other family communities because the kids grow up, and again are well taught to understand the importance of setting out to find a really reliable, good quality, loving partner for life. They take vows to do that. That brings other family communities into the family. That then extends to connect the entire country in some way, and then the world - family.
