The HIGHER SELF person.
 The pictures used are from the legends of King Arthur and the sword Excalibur.
The fact that this 'Higher level' connection and contact happened, specifically as the 'Higher Level Realm' is 'awakening', is of great significance.
It means the HS person has to be from that Higher Level, and that means the person comes from a very different, and more significant or more complex level than the general populace. It has to be. It is an important thing. That is what makes the story interesting!
So, do I write what that 'Higher Level' lineage is? I will have to consider adding something on that. What I am adding here isnt that, but it is something to consider.
The existence of mankind is more complex than appears on the surface. Some of this stuff is the reason there are wars on this planet and that a powerful group believe that "God gave them the right to rule over the Earth". They are mistaken, but that is what they think and believe, and is how they interpret their 'scriptures'. Because of this, they set out to remove those people who did not agree with their 'world rulership' ideas, particularly those far more peaceful, gentle and sensitive ones who actually were 'given the right to have dominion over the Earth'.
 That would clearly be a 'Higher Realm' people wouldn't it. And if they then found themselves hunted down because this other group thought they should be 'ruling the Earth' (and setting up the current New World Order to do so) then the good group of 'Higher Realm' people would have had to go into hiding. Which is what they did, but this is 2,000 years ago! And where they went was to Ancient England - Angle-land which was Angel-land pronounced with the German hard 'g' not 'gee' but it referred to the people who were 'angelic'. Obviously the HS person is in Mexico, but the 'journey' of the 'Higher Realm' 'angel people' involved France, Germany, Italy. (The picture is of the sword Excaliber to do with the legends of King Arthur, Guinevere, Sir Lancelot and so on.)
That refers to those from the 'Higher Realm' and only someone from that level would be able to contact in the way the 'Higher Self' person did, from that level. Because the person exists at that level, whereas other 'energy streams' of people don't exist there.
 The attributes of the Higher Realm level are gentle, and far more sensitive - and that is exactly how the Higher Self person showed itself when it first made 'contact'.
It was very cautious and tentative. This is probably because the everyday level of the person had been hiding this 'self' but had recognized the connection at the Higher level.

 This Planet has been 'Asleep' for Thousands of Years
but is now about to 'Wake Up'.
That means that something with the inner dynamo of this planet went dormant thousands of years ago, and it stopped generating the amount of Electrical Energy' that it did before. However, the planet is on a cycle, and it is NOW firing up its 'inner dynamo' again. This is exactly what the 'fairy tales' of the 'Sleeping Princess' awoken by the 'Prince' were about. It is a way the information was able to survive, that the planet (princess) would 'wake up' again. The 'Higher Self' person is the princess here being helped to 'wake up'! That is very significant, but a good thing for the person. I don't do anything, it is just that I keep the 'energy focussed' just by being here. I am not here by intention.
When things 'go to sleep' the rules for living on a 'higher frequency' planet get forgotten. A person has to be 'Positive' which means exactly that, yet while dormant, things are 'negative'. Positive actually does mean 'good' things. There are a lot of people in today's world who are not 'positive'. For example, I don't think most of my relatives and in-laws match up to being 'positive'. They were so full of thoughtless and openly expressed contempt for others based on their own inflated views of their own self-importance. Some have let others die based on their own views of their perceived own 'importance'. This stuff is 'negative'. It looks like everything is in place for things to ignite. The war is ready and simmering, the markets are collapsing but I think it has to be timed in with the planet.
There has been inexplicably 'good energy' supporting that I renew the visa and wait out the shutdown here in PV. It is definitely the most logical and sensible thing for me to at least be covered to be here in PV to get through the 'shutdown; and expected 'Planetary Activation'.

It is not known when it is, but is expected 'soon' + recent topics. projectX
 This is a big deal and I believe all the electrical power will be shutdown because this is an immense electrical change - and charge - to the planet. It is unknown how that will affect the planet so there is a complete power blackout. But it is expected to be a major activation through the planet, which will radiate out LIGHT and literally moves this planet out of its negative-magnetic-reversal location.
