President Donald Trump was examined for swelling in his legs and has been diagnosed with chronic venous insufficiency, the White House announced Thursday. Trump, 79, underwent a “comprehensive examination, including diagnostic vascular studies” with the White House Medical Unit, press secretary Karoline Leavitt said, reading a note from the president’s physician, Capt. Sean Barbabella.

Barbabella’s letter, which was later released by the White House, states that “bilateral lower extremity venous Doppler ultrasounds were performed and revealed chronic venous insufficiency, a benign and common condition, particularly in individuals over the age of 70.” The examination came after Trump had “noted mild swelling in his lower legs” over recent weeks, Leavitt said.

“Importantly, there was no evidence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or arterial disease” and Trump’s lab testing was all “within normal limits,” according to the letter. Trump also underwent an echocardiogram. “No signs of heart failure, renal impairment, or systemic illness were identified,” Barbabella wrote.

Chronic venous insufficiency is a condition in which valves inside certain veins don’t work the way they should, which can allow blood to pool or collect in the veins. About 150,000 people are diagnosed with it each year, and the risk goes up with age. Symptoms can include swelling in the lower legs or ankles, aching or cramping in the legs, varicose veins, pain or skin changes. Treatment may involve medication or, in later stages, medical procedures. (CNN)

Russia Asserted that it Will Respond With Nuclear Weapons

"The revised nuclear doctrine (December, 2024) includes language asserting that Russia “reserves the right” to use nuclear weapons not only in response to a nuclear attack, but also to respond to a conventional weapons attack that creates a “critical threat” to its “sovereignty and territorial integrity”. Trump is not sending longrange missies to Ukraine but there is no knowing what NATO countries will do.

While the West news cycle is focusing on the lack of 'Epstein Files' the real issues are the preparation by the evil empire to strike into Russia while knowing that means taking on everyone else too. We are keeping to the real issue.

This is what we have to keep tabs on.

We will probably include unfolding Epstein stuff but it needs to be more than dribs and drabs because Trump obviously wanted people to really go off on the Epstein Files and have that hold the news cycle. There are channels that have always been anti Trump and now on a roll, so become biased, one sided views. We have used one of these for the video above, but are going to keep independent. Its more important to watch what is happening in the world conflict situation.

As said, my family knew Robert Maxwell, I knew him even though I was a very young girl at the time. He seemed okay as a person. Hard to know what he was able to do if he was a Mossad agent, he wasn't throwing those type of parties. He was trying to build a publishing empire whch failed. Overall, it looks like Ghislaine will get her pardon, and that is what is intended. She is actually a very savvy lady and it is hard to believe she would have been careless. After all this has gone down, maybe there will be information on any useful people who were being blackmailed. but also, any of the names might now be useful by being blackmailed by the Trump Admin. To do the right thing, that is.

'Missing' Epstein Files to Divert Attention.

The important story remains the US/Israeli bombing of a sovereign independent country in an unprovoked attack, yet on a country which unexpectedly fought back. The US/Israel agenda was for a change in government - it isn't a 'regime' in Iran - and to assassinate the Spiritual Leader. That illegal action backfired and Trump wants attention to move on. There is also an issue of what is happening with the crashing dollar and for strategic reasons, the destruction of Iran was supposed to have happened before the changes to a digital currency covered in the video above

The Epstein issue is also a controversial topic on which the public has been misled and which was used as part of the story of a hyped up 'evil' the world was now freeing the planet from, and also, part of an agenda to bring down the British Monarchy in 2019. That issue involved young women, most of whom were of legal age, which for different countries can mean 15 or 16, and it never involved anything to do with 6 year olds or 10 year olds. Child trafficking of that kind is a separate issue.

Even with the 'testimonies' of women who may now be 40 years old, all of the girls were happy with going to the parties (covered elsewhere) as these were high end parties not 'Diddy parties'. They thought it was good. Then prior to 2019 Virginia Guiffre was approached by a newspaper to out her story on Prince Andrew when she was 17 which took place in London, and that is the legal age. However, the newspaper wanted the story and it is believed that was an intentional part of the plot to attack the monarchy. With Epstein, it involved importing young women from eastern Europe to be guests at high end type parties (again, not Diddy type parties) and they were described as 'models'. Many of these girls at that time were desparately trying to get to the West and there was a huge 'eastern European brides' industry too. These were parties of the same type as featured in the Trump 1992 footage. There was a big 'trade' in 'European "models" and a lot of the socialising took place at the Kit Kat Club in new York. "Models' can read a number of ways, often nude magazine models like Melania Trump was, and underage girls. ,

For Guiffre, she left being part of Ghislaine Maxwell's party girls when she was 19. But many others decided to recruit girls themselves for the parties because they were 'just' parties with the girls deciding what they chose to do, which most chose and agreed to do what they chose to do, and thought it was good. It is not the end of the world if Brigitte Macron is transgender - but it is a private matter

Apparently Brigitte has just lost a defamation case against some journalists and it is featured on Candace Owens' show.

We take the position that this is a private lady, and it should be remembered she is in her 70's. . We have also covered that sometimes people are born with malformed genitalia, and like all such issues this is a private medical issue and medical records are private. So we again say, that assuming Brigitte is not a private and dignified lady who was a simple but respected school teacher who happened to marry the man who became the President of France, is judgmental.

The fact is that her very private medical issues are being thrown around in public as if she is a terrible and evil person. Some can call this approach bullying.

I truly know what bullying can be like as I had this happen to me in the workplace, when I worked in Sydney, Australia, where people with no idea about my injury disability labelled me as something else which then ruined the rest of my life. It was not such that I wanted to end my life, but that it did bring an end to what I could do in my life given that I was working with an injury disability. I had to cope with that disability in order to work, and I was very lucky to be able to do that. The people involved in what they did, took that away from me.

So I am saying that to embarrass someone in the way that Candace Owens is doing to Brigitte Macron could lead to a person's death.

She is a lady in her 70's being put through this horror. She is also very attractive and not just "for her age", yet she is even having her looks insulted.

I don't know why Owens is famous. I can see she speaks quickly and consistently so it holds people's attention, and she is nice looking. Currently in prison for 20 years for crimes related to the Epstein Files which the US government have just said do not exist. Ghislaine's father was Robert Maxwell who  served as the Labour MP for Buckingham, for six years, lived in our area, well, Oxford, and died in a questionable boating accident in 1991. Buckingham was where my family lived, so my parents did know Robert Maxwell personally, and received Christmas cards from him, and I did know him when I was a little girl. This is now a bit creepy if he was in fact also into pedophilia. This is a possibility, as after he died his daughter Ghislaine may well have found her new career in a world of parties she was already used to. Maxwell was originally from Czechoslovakia as it was then called.

It was not uncommon for my parents to receive invitations from dignitaries and that kind of thing, including to such fabulous events as the 'Midsummer Ball' at Woburn Abbey in the next county of Bedfordshire, the invitation being from the Duke and Duchess of Bedford. So it was not uncommon for my parents to know Robert Maxwell.

Trump is not making 'peace deals'. He has had to agree to some 'peace deals' such as Gaza, because that is required for the Iran ceasefire. Currently we don't think a 'peace deal' benefits the Houthis - but it is US and the Houthis not Houthis and Israel. The Houthis are attacking Israel.

Questions about What America Was Really Created For?

It wasn't a new continent where settlers went to be 'free' - of what? People did choose to colonize the country, but it really looks like the country was intentionally set up for 'world domination'. A place established for every kind of corruption to flourish. Like way back with gangster run casinos built in the desert and named after the sacred star of 'Vega'. Like many empires of the P. Diddy kind. Of people who rip off others. Of people who can rise to the top by being controversial and 'vulgar', like the Kardashians. Basically a message to the world, be as low as it gets and you too will become an 'elite' and a 'success'. That is how you make money.

Has America ever actually been 'great'? Or was that just all its advertising and self-promotion? And why should 'America' rule the world? Why? What about all the other countries who don't want to be like 'America'? Currently this strange US president is sending more weapons to Ukraine, which will serve to use up those weapons, he has been talking about a peace deal with the Houthis in Yemen which we must suppose will be if it suits the Houthis to do that, because it may not. The US/I has lost its spies in Iran because Iran is not going to allow the IKEA inspectors in at least at this time, and overall, the world is sick of this president being rude to them, making silly threats to bomb them if they don't obey him, and so on. The US president is not the 'most powerful president' in the world, why should he be? There are many other countries with people who don't want to lower their standards to live and behave like 'America'.

What is Christianity?

After it was said the military was saying so much about 'Christian'.we tended to assume it was to do with the coming Pole Shift. But it isn't. That was about gaining the support of America's unique approach to Christianity. The 'Bible Ministry type f thing has nothing to do with the Christian religion as it was in England as the 'Church of England' where you would go a a pretty 1,000 year old stone built church on Sundays, hear an interestng sermon, sing a few hymns, then politely say goodbye to everyone, shake hands with the vicar - an actual trained minister of the church - then go home. Actually our local village 'Reverend' would periodically call round in a friendly visit to check o his parisheners. To be honest, it was quite nice, and caring for the community. So the arm waving, fearfully dramatic lectures and perhaps bible bashing thing is very unusual compared to my own experience. But I think I still have as much right to consider myself Christian as anyone else.

However, those into the 'Bible Ministries' type of thing are a certain type of Christian, and also in large numbers, and very important to bring on board if you are campaignng to be the US President. I didn't personally realize these ones had a particular type of understanding about supporting 'Israel' until I managed to see the Tucker carlson and Ted Cruz interview. Then I understood.

I also watched a sort of American Christian based TV programme during the US's attack on Iran - in support of Israel - and then I also understood a little more. A government can do a lot in the name of 'supporting Israel' and not lose its support base, if the people are for a particular interpretation - as highlighted by the Tucker carlson interview. I would even say that this has been a big programme over many decades, teaching that particular interpretation.

It is a truly horribe and grotesque thing to witness religious bigotry and hatred. For one thing, why do people only think Christianity went West after the crucifxion of Jesus? With research it actually shows most of it went eastwards. We do agree that the main principles that Jesus taught are Humility (very important) ansl compassionate Love, Forgiveness, non-Judgement, Gentleness and Consideration for others. And we think a lot of this continued as the basis for the type of Christianity which went eastwards, and developed differently.

The US and Israel probably wanted to bomb Iran into the stone age, not because it might develop a nuclear weapon but because of what the analyst Escobar covers below. We also looked at the people and society of Iran today, and that is why we have a few videos on Iran. It's a nice society with nice people. It isn't a society that plans to go and nuke Israel. If they did, they would instantly be destroyed in retaliation.

If Epstein was an Israeli spy as has always been reported, then he was collecting kompromat on all important figures in government and business and more, who engaged in activities that qualified as kompromat (filmed material with which people could be blackmailed - same as is assumed is the case that Meghan Markle has on Prince Harry, who has destroyed his life through this). The files, according to this view, have become 'of no interest' because Israel has probably requested it - given that this follows Netanyahu's visit. Trump has always known not to be in a situation of kompromat.

"Kompromat" is a Russian term that refers to compromising information - compromising material - used to blackmail or discredit a person, often for political purposes. It can include damaging material about public figures that is collected and used strategically to exert influence or create negative publicity

Point of note is that Netanyahu probably requested an end to the files, and Trump obliged. However, he did answer a reporter in a way which will increase interest in why the Files are not being released.

Next point of note is the current sending of more defensive weapons to Ukraine and more aid being given. Is this still a strategy to waste money so the US Corporaation goes bankrupt? Plus, are they trying to deplete weapon stocks? The war under Biden could have been for that purpose, and it is continuing for the same end goal. Depleting the weapon stocks may not have been a goal under Biden, but this aspect still part of the conditions for the ceasefire between Iran and israel, Iran has requested this.

Trump probably is in trouble with his 'backers' over what happened with Iran. Iran probably has some leverage over Trump following what happened with Iran.

Trump has always known not to get himself in a compromised situation.

Despite that, the character of a man in his mid or late 40's as Trump is in the vidoes of his 'partying', and going after cheerleader girls, is not a 'good' character for several reasons. I had just arrived back in Vietnam 2 days before the unprovoked Israeli attack on Iran.

Iran has an 'Ayatollah Khamenei' - which means 'Supreme Spiritual Master'

The current leader of Iran came into that position in 1989 on the death of the previous and first 'Ayatollah'. The name Ayatollah Khamenei  means 'Supreme Master' and since 1989 has truly meant a 'Spiritual Leader' who through prayer receives the guidance for the running of the country directly from God.

This is exactly how the ancient God Worlds, before the 'fall' did operate. The people were 'governed' by the Spiritual Master. The Spiritual Master for the country, since 1989, is Ali Khamenei.  Iran appears to have done this successfully while outside sources had no idea this was a 'spiritual' country.

Keeping to the Original 'Law' was extremely important to be able to get through the 'fall' into the 'valley' without being corrupted into basically, the way of the Talmud.
