What is Cambodia Like and How has it Changed Since the Covid 'Virus' Bio-Lab Gain of Function Scam?

Before this change, as shown in the tourist videos, the Cambodian people would have not been 'marked' negative-reverse. Now I have returned after a few years, and with being in Mexico, the people are more noticeably in the process of 'conversion'.

The new tourist image is promoting Phnom Penh as a vibrant nightlife. While there are some nice places, that are more sophisticated and nice to go to, that isn't really a 'nightlife'. The lively places are the many cheap bars with the bar girls type of thing. It is 'lively' but not anything that can describe a 'city lights' nightlife. Just because there are tall buildings with their lights on does not mean the place is vibrant.

A 'vibrant' city has theatres, art galleries, museums, opera, ballet, classical theatre, and other levels of intersting things on offer. Phnom Penh dos not hsve that kind of citizenship or culture. Casinos do offer some 'nightlife' but only for those who are interested in casinos. Phnom Penh has one such casinno, whereas the seaside town of Sihanoukville has been turned into a kind of Macau. This means gambling tourists.

This is all a corruption of Cambodia, even though it did have casinos before, on its borders with Thailand.

The differences are bringing in ' low level' tourists

who are influencing the behaviour of the local people who are now clearly at a point of losing their etsbalished culture. That means there is the level of insolence and arrogance and 'fxxk you' selfishness creeping in.

Phnom Penh is a good city to visit.

It did need upgrading, but it had a very unique ambience from the blended French-Khmer culture and THAT is the reason to visit there. There is no point in bothering to visit a place that is like every other city in eastern Asia. It was modelled on Singapore to some degree, and Singapore is a great city. But it also does have theatres and much more to it. Plus a large population.

Phnom Penh is not the image they are trying to pretend it is. It is actually a better image which the powers who decide, may have messed up.

Just discovered a few videos plugging a very new looking Cambodia compared to when I left, which was 2020 just before the covid scam with the 'virus' produced in one of the 'bio-labs' covered in a news video above.

I don't know if I like the videos, but they spent $2 billion on a new airport in the big city featured - and the airport is still very empty, and they also built a new $2 billion dollar airport where I live which is near Angkor Wat. My apartment before I left, was technically in part of the temple grounds, but it was still near the town. The last two times I was at the airport it was very empty. When leaving here last June there were 5 flights on the arrival/departure board.

I haven't been to Phnom Penh, the capital, since probably 2018, and there was only one small 'skyscraper' and the atmosphere, especially along the Mekong riverfront was very '50s like before the Vietnam War. It was marvellously unique.

In fact the airport there WAS a really old 1940's place, but that was modernized maybe 10 years ago. Now it's scrapped and they have the new $2 billion one which opened last year. I think it would have been smart to develop the old airport at least as the facade, because it was so unique. Inside could have all the necessary 'bells and whistles', but the exterior would have been great for tourists

So in this video it is definitely looking very different. The NagaWorld casino in the video further down, is the same, but it did have an entire new section built and the road with gardens shown, was at a beginning building stage when I last went there. So wow!

Do I like it? I don't know. There are a lot of cities here is south eastern Asia which look like this, but it also has loads of temples and really, it probably still looks mostly as it did.

The second video is definitely looking to entice those from the rich Gulf States like Dubai etc - except now things have changed since the US bombed Iran and those from Dubai may very well consider moving to live here! I doubt it though.

This has to be Chinese investment in Cambodia, but I don't see the point of trying to make it like everywhere else. However, Siem Reap, where Angkor Wat is, is mostly the same, with the Indochine feel because it was French here, but now there are more street lights.

First video 'the Phnom Penh Skyline' - trying to be New York or something? Full of empty 'skycrapers' just so they have this 'skyine'? There is no way all these new buildings are suddenly occupied.

Conclusion. Cambodia was worth visiting and spending some time here because of its unique former French-Khmer charm and style. Now maybe better to spend a couple of nights to see Angkor Wat and then leave. Give Phnom Penh and the other newly developed cities a miss.

Also there is a big lake here which was manmade 1,000 years ago when they built the temple, and that used to be very rural, out in the country, untouched type of thing. Now I've seen a video and although most of it is still the same, they have nevertheless built some very tall condos and must be making that a feature place too. They are definitely developing that area.

This is another disasterous destruction of Cambodia in the once small seaside town. This is Chinese development and ownership and is very bad.

It is not only Chinese development that is spoiling places. and not only the 'bad tourists', there are also the plethora of obviously old people. Really it needs more diversity!

Cambodia and Thailand are already full of old men who have come here to pick up the local women. There is one such video by an old man discussing 'dating in Cambodia' and his facial expressions are quite sick. What does this man mean by "dating in Cambodia" - as if there would ever be any such an option for him? This is one of the types of examples we are talking about.

We might put another of his videos full of the bs about a commonly related topic of being in a 'high powered western career', then taking time to 'feed his soul' by dropping out and moving to Cambodia. Sure they did.

We checked back on this man, who has money, and he has successfully acquired his Cambodian floozy - and it looks like the 'dating experience' he went for was the street worker selection. She is shown with him, and also shown in the very nice J7 hotel swiming pool, in her thong, and also to note were the multiple tattoos on her arm.. This is to show his viewers that they too can come to Cambodia and acquire something like this - he has clearly told her that he wants to film her in the pool. We won't show any of his videos because it would now identify him. He himself also has his arms covered in tattoos. He says that 'as an American he has very high standards' which is questionable - not only by his own appearance but by that of his acquired companion. The hotel staff no doubt assume he has brought a hooker there. Howver, the J7 is a very nice hotel.

There are others of these videos, telling how these seedy, losing their hair, aging men, left their 'high powered career', abandoned their wife and family, and now are settled with a local woman who magically appeared from nowhere to now be the old man's partner. True love, of course.

These people are not really there because they are real 'travellers' who are respecting the culture of where they go to. They are bringing their lives to the country for what they can get out of it. Such as run their 'retreats' from there. They are always 'foreigners' who live there.

As said, the place is full of old men, but there are a lot of old women doing this too, which means these once lovely places are full of old western men and old western women. They do their videos and it is all supposed to be something amazing that she did the trip to Vietnam on a 'one way ticket' and isn't amazing for having done that!

I am not saying anything other than there are too many of this demographic, doing this.

This is spoiling these places.

It was much worse in Puerto Vallarta which is full of old people, many of whom think they look like what they were in their backpacking days - and that is not a pretty sight. Backpackers are the other mostly parasite westerners there, as in the need to be like the part-people crown that countries now are banning and blacklisting. There is also a substantial market for the gays in the 'Romantic Zone'. There are very few who are dynamic, higher class world, educated well presented people.

When I first arrived in Puerto Vallarta I went to the nearby cafe on the corner of my street in Versalles, and immediately two old men, probably in their 60's said to me 'that as I was on my own, I could join them, if I liked'. I was amazed, why would I want to sit with them? I ordered my coffee, sat out of view, and then left.
